I am super impressed with the service! I received my rug so fast- 2 days! I made the purchase online but called to ask a question. An actual human being answered the phone- a courteous, knowledgeable human being! I paid a little more for the rug than it sold for on some other websites but I guess they have to pay the human and that is well worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Rug Studio and will order again.

I was looking for a rug that I saw in a furniture store here in town that wasn't available to order. I quickly found it on rugstudio. When checking out I had a small issue but was able to chat with someone quickly and got a resolution to my problem.

The Customer Service does not try to quickly correct a situation. The incorrect rug was sent to me, and to return it and get the rug I ordered was extremely inconvenient. They promised that the correct rug would be sent once they could track the return shipment. That is not true. The correct rug will be shipped 4 days after they receive the wrong rug. The only effort they made to correct the problem was to provide a return label. I had to package the rug, coordinate with the shipper, etc. It seems that it would have been minimal effort for them to send the rug as quickly as possible. I will not use Rug Studio again. I have purchased rugs from other online sellers and it has been a much better experience.

I purchased a Safavieh rug from rugstudio.com after seeing that it is a legit business with showrooms in TX. They did a good job in sending notifications about order processing and delivery. However, the rug came in a different color than I ordered. When I contacted customer service with pictures of the rug ad its tag, they tried to convince me that it is the correct color, but the color labeling of the rug was wrong. Because (quoting directly form their email) "It is not uncommon for the person working in the factory in China (where this rug is made), to write a wrong color label" :))
The interesting part is I already have the same rug in a larger size and the two rugs were not matching at all. I was planning to use the rugs in the same room, but it is not even possible at all.
Moreover, in the whole process of my communication with the CS noone acknowledged the hassle I am going through and apologized for the confusion. Looks like this business is thinking they are doing us a great favor by selling their amazing rugs.
Overall, very poor customer support. Plus, I already saw similar rugs in different websites cheaper than how much they are selling. My only motivation to buy from rugstudio was because they had the color I was looking for. Very disappointed in my purchase and strongly recommend staying away from them.

We were very satisfied with our purchase from Rug Studio. Service was fast and friendly, our Karastan rug is beautiful. There was some difficulty with the initial delivery company; however, it was resolved quickly by Rug Studio.

The service this company provides is amazing! Prices are VERY competitive. They are very responsive in online chat and on the phone and will work to get you the best deal they are able. I have not received my rug yet but I'm sure I will love it! I ordered a sample and it is a good quality rug from a reputable manufacturer. Do your research on the different types of rug fabrics. They have a lot of great information on their website.

Please do not go to this company. I bought a rug that was supposed to be 1/4 pile. There was no pile at all and it was the worse rug I had ever seen. I paid 496 dollars for a 6 by 9-foot rug that had no pile. I bought a similar rug for 96 dollars on Wayfair which I was replacing with this rug. They lied about the quality. It was an overpriced piece of junk. I also paid for stain resistance and despite having falsely advertised the quality of the rug, they refused to give me my money back for the stain resistance. This company has terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from them. You can see this from the other reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give them a zero if I could, do not buy from this company. Six weeks after placing my order only received half and now they are refusing to let me return the two small rugs that don’t do me any good without the larger one I ordered. Their customer service is no help at all telling you that once you order their website tells you they don’t have to do anything to help you and you are stuck with the items. They drop ship and don’t even have the merchandise they are selling. Horrible buying experience for me. I asked specifically for a return tag and was told you did not do that you could only offer a discount on the two rugs I received. I guess I made that up too like when I was told the back orders were filled on time or sooner. I contacted oriental weavers directly which you said you could only do by email and they told me I would receive the rug on the 18th or 19th so I am going to wait to get the rug I ordered but your company is deceitful and I will never purchase from you again or recommend you to anyone. UPDATE the company has since offered to let me return the two smaller Rugs but since I know it would take longer to get my refund than it will be to finally get the runner I chose to wait another two weeks. I took pictures of their website this am still showing my back ordered item as being available, even though they have not had any since November 30th and know it’s not available now.

I was so disappointed with the quality of my rug. Too much hassle to send back so I am keeping it. Quality was poor, colors were faded, wool was rough and scratchy. A total disappointment all the way around.

Best experience...to choose a rug and have it home in néw York less than week a without spending a minute on the phone talking to anyone amazing service experience and so happy to find it!!!

Buyers beware it costs $300-400.00 to return a rug.
