Cercando la compagnia SAS ho scelto il primo risultato della pagina di ricerca con scritto "SAS airlines", entrando mi è apparsa una pagina ingannevole (credevo di essere sul sito SAS).
Ho acquistato i biglietti, solo successivamente mi sono reso conto di essere sul sito Fligh Network e andando sul vero sito SAS ho scoperto che avrei pagato molto meno lo stesso volo. Ho provato a richiedere l'annullamento subito dopo, ma viene restituito solo poco più di metà dell'importo... mail più!

They steal money in a non transparent business model

I bought a flexible ticket, and pay 120 eur to make changes in the future. When I requested to change the date from February 3rd to any day in November, they told me that I must pay 180 euros. But the worst of all is that when i bought it states that it was possible to change the date through the flight network website, but when you navigate through the website they ask you to speak to customer service. And obviously you can't see which days have no penalty, only them. This is a theft, it is not a transparent business model, as the client does not see the calendar, and they can tell you the price they want.

Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen

Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen, über Flight Network zu buchen. Wor fliegen im Februar 2026 in den Urlaub und ich habe im September 2025 über Flight Network die Flüge gebucht. Zu denen gekommen bin ich über Skyscanner. Die bekommen auch noch ein Feedback zu Flight Network...
In meinem Fall wurde bei der Heimreise ein Transferflug um mehr als 10 Stunden nach hinten verschoben, wir hätten die 10 Stunden am Flughafen verbringen müssen. Das war so eine erhebliche Flugplanänderung, dass ich nach den bestehenden EU- Fluggastrechten eine Rückerstattung verlangt habe. Diese wurde mir von Flight Network schriftlich zugesagt.
Was danach folgte, war monatelanges Hinhalten.
Trotz klarer Zusage wurde kein Geld ausgezahlt. Stattdessen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet mit der Aussage, man könne erst erstatten, wenn die Airline an Flight Network gezahlt habe. Das hätte ich mit der Buchung laut deren AGB so akzeptiert. Falls das einem von euch auch passiert ist, lasst euch nicht reinlegen, das ist nach dem, was ich mir als juristischer Laie anlesen konnte, ggf. nicht zulässig. Flight Network ist der Vertragspartner und nicht die Airline, diese besagten AGB könnten in dem Falle unwirksam sein. (Keine Rechtsberatung, ich bin kein Jurist)
Wochenlang passierte also erstmal nichts. Die Kommunikation war extrem zäh, teils gar nicht vorhanden. Es gab keinerlei aktives Bemühen, den Fall zu lösen. Es kann somit schnell der Eindruck entstehen, dass Rückerstattungen systematisch verzögert werden.
Erst nachdem ich ein Kreditkarten-Chargeback eingeleitet habe und ein mehrmonatiges Verfahren durchlaufen musste, kam Bewegung in die Sache. Nach rund drei Monaten wurde das Chargeback final zu meinen Gunsten entschieden. Nur auf diesem Weg habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen.
Ohne externen Druck durch den Kreditkartenanbieter hätte ich mein Geld vermutlich noch später gesehen, weil dann die große Tour mit Anwalt und Zwangsvollstreckung dran gewesen wäre.
Mein Fazit:
Sobald ein Problem auftritt – insbesondere bei Rückerstattungen – wird es extrem mühsam, intransparent und zeitaufwendig. Mein subjektives Gefühl: Kunden werden hingehalten und auf interne Abläufe verwiesen.
Ich empfehle dringend, diesen Anbieter zu meiden und ausschließlich mit Kreditkarte über die Airlines selbst zu buchen, um sich im Zweifel selbst schützen zu können.

Köp inte biljätter från "Fightnetwork"

En av värsta resebyråer som inte hjälper alls om något går fel (från deras sida). Jag rekomenderar ingen att köpa biljetter från de. De skrev mitt namn fel fast jag har gett tydlig info, och varje gång jag ringde de, svaret var "just nu när du pratar med oss också, håller vi på fixa problemet...". Det var bara lögner. Jag förklarde till de att det här inte är en nöjes resa, men min mammas ett års minnesdag som var viktig för mig och mina släktingar. Dem brydde inte sig alls. Fast jag har köpt stjänsten "Primium hjälp" fick jag ingen hjälp alls. Efter jag har ringt tusan gånger fram och tillbaka fattade jag att de är löngnare och då vände jag mig till "Air China" vilket är flygbolag som jag skulle flyga med. Just 18 timmar innan flygning, fixade de problemet och de var mycket hjälpsamma och snälla.

Fy, jag kommer aldrig att köpa biljetter från "Flightnetwork". De är omralaliska i deras affärsverksamhet.

conciliation impossible après erreur

j'ai voulu acheter un billet aller retour paris orly ténérif pour les 29/01 et6/02/1926.
J'ai opté pour le moins cher et qui me convenait très bien. j'ai valider mon choix. Lorsque j'ai fait part à mon amie de mon choix,j'ai eu la surprise de constater que j'avais acheté en fait 2 billets aller (vueling et transavia) et aucun billet retour. j'ai voulu contacter flightnetwork par téléphone et j'ai eu 40' de répondeur me disant que j'étais le client en 2eme position. En fait je n'ai eu personne! j'ai alors entamé un tchat avec l'IA YUSUF. Celle ci a été très courtoise, polie et empathique. Elle a conclu que je n'étais pas éligible à une transformation de mon deuxième billet aller tenérif en un billet retour ténérif Paris orly. Aucune solution de réglement de mon litige ne m'a été apportée. Aussi je vous déconseille d'acheter FLIGHT NETWORK. Les prix sont extrêmement chers, ils offrent un choix d'options considérables qui ne servent à rien et qui peuvent au final doubler le prix du billet. Et surtout ne faites pas d'erreur. Je voulais aller sur le site Transavia et je me suis fait berner par le site sponsor de Transavia FLIGH NETWORK au moins 2 fois plus cher en ce qui concerne le prix du billet sec.

Scammers beware

Scammers beware! Another filthy company charging for extra services and not providing! Later stating its non refundable! Why to offer service and not delivering check in. When asked for refund first was told refund will be issued later was told that is non refundable. I dont care what reasons if cannot procide servoxw and gor paid must issue refund.

Issue 45aed refund or will never order again! They will not refund 10€ but loose customer. This tells everything about company! Scammers

TRAVELER BEWARE!!

TRAVELER BEWARE!!! In Short; Flight Network is a high price scamming travel agency! Even though I purchased a full Flexible airfare, they would not help with flight changes and/or cancellation, but passed the buck to the Airline in which the airline informed me that I had to work with Flight Network since I purchased my ticket through them. Lost everything! Advice: Book directly with the airlines. Rating: F-F-F-

Worst customer experience ever

Literally, worst customer experience ever.
Had to cancel tickets due to medical situation, and they are just refusing to provide me any refund status for a month now (even though I contacted the airline myself and they provided reply within hours).
I will never fall for this scam again, suggest you to avoid this service provider by any means.

I would call flight network scammers

Somehow I ended up on their website, mainly because their logo and colors resemble those of the airline I booked (SAS) and didn't notice/didnt pay attention, which I should have. Avoid them at all costs! I would go as far as to call them scammers. No other description possible. Booked a flexibel ticket (an option for which you pay a lot). If you want to change the flight, you then have to only pay the price difference they say, no extra charges. Then wanted to change the date. Had to pay 60,-. Didnt match the price differences that I saw online, but ok. They called me bck an hour later. Smthng went wrong and I had to pay another 70. I said no. They said i should try next day. i did. Had to pay 140 extra. Mind you, I had paid 190 incl luggage , so that would add up to 330 and I could now book the flight directly for 113 including luggage. So if anything I should have gotten a refund because of the price difference. I wasnt going to pay them anything anymore ofcourse so I had to book a new ticket directly through the airline.

Worst ever customer service and it was…

Worst ever customer service and it was all their fault as well. They changed the name on the booking from the one that I entered and it became invalidated by the airline for not matching the passport. No resolution whatsoever from their end and I had to rebook the flight directly with the airline. The refund will be coming through the airline and not them as well. Stay away from this company they do not even fix their own mistakes. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could.

Jeg skulle ændre min billet

Jeg skulle ændre min billet, jeg ringede og skrev til dem flere gange. Jeg blev lovet at de ville kontakte mig, det skete aldrig. Jeg fik engang fat i en der kunde tale et af mine sprog forståeligt. Men kunne ikke hjælpe mig. Mit flyselskab ville gerne ændre min billet. Men det skulle være via denne udbyder og de sagde at flyselskabet ikke ville ændre den....

Aldrig mer flightnetwork

Har väntat 6 månader på att få tillbaka pengar pga av inställd resa. ( sjukhusvistelse) Har skickat in sjukintyg
Jag har betalat avboknings skydd
Trots återkommande påtryckningar har det inte betalat tillbaka De meddelar nu att de skickat till flygbolagen som enligt dem ska betala
Flygbolag som de har bestämt att man ska resa med och dessa är tydliga på sin hemsida att de inte betalar ut ersättning till någon
Bedrägeri och skamligt om man ska vara ett seriöst företag. Resa 1066-699-922

Refund Confirmed in Writing, Then Denied

I booked a flight through FlightNetwork and cancelled it the very next day. I was clearly informed—in writing by email—that my booking was cancelled and that I would receive a refund excluding a $59 per person service fee, along with a defined processing timeline.

After this confirmation, I later received a phone call stating that the airline had rejected the refund and that I would not receive it. This was never communicated earlier and no written proof of rejection was provided despite requests. The refund story kept changing depending on the agent, and important details were shared only verbally. If airline approval was uncertain, it should have been disclosed before confirming a refund amount and charging fees. Very disappointing experience—be cautious if you may need to cancel.

So angry for falling into their scam!

Like others have said, flight network is a total scam! I was doing my booking through Aircanada and somehow ended up on their page without noticing anything different, their page mimimicking Aircanada's. They use the same terms for their pricing options (Standard, Flex, etc.) without offering the same benefits. Still not knowing I wasn't on AC's page, I chose Flex which was supposed to allow me to choose my seats without costs and it did let me do that. I finished my reservation anyhow and called AC the following morning (less than 24 hrs after booking) to get an explanation. They told me I had booked through an agent and that I had chosen the standard fair and urged me to call them back to cancel my ticket. Which I did, but although it had been less than 24 hrs since my reservation, they retained 59$. I'm hoping the rest of the reembursment goes well. Only positive thing I can say is that I found there phone number and could talk with an agent quite rapidly. The phone number didn't say were I was calling though and I'm hoping it was within Canada. While you're making a reservation, make sure you are on where you want to be by verifying the address bar throughout the process.

Flight Network is from TERRIBLE company…

Flight Network is from TERRIBLE company based in Sweden as Svenska Resa Gruppen....beware they clain they are legitimate but purchasing a ticket from them that never is made and then keeping your money making you wait 72 hours, it should be reported to the consumer office to shut them down. I am still waiting for my refund without getting a lfight ticket.

They refused to pay the airline after I purchased through them

I purchased an airline ticket through them for a res with Allegiant Air. This was for my 96 yo mother with dementia and thus I had to make quite a few adjustments on both ends of the flight to accomodate her. Come the day of the flight and I go to check her in, see that the flight was canceled! I called Allegiant, they told me that FlightNetwork refused to pay them for this res and thus they canceled my res. I had to book directly with Allegiant using a different ccard and thus paying TWICE. I called FlightNetwork, got shuffled to two different representatives only to be told they would "look into it." I demanded a refund. I then went to my ccard company and filed a dispute to get my funds returned to my acct from FlightNetwork. Never use them!

Service fees scam

When booking, they did not inform me that a $44 service fee would be charged if I canceled the flight within 24 hours. The cancellation process only displayed the amount at that time. This practice is completely unfair. It feels like they are running the scam. I mean $44 dollars is more than travel insurance. This company should be heavily penalised for looting the customer. DO NOT USE their platform.
