Esperienza vergognosa con FlightNetwork.
Ho un volo previsto per il 31 marzo e, dopo aver contattato direttamente la compagnia aerea (Kuwait Airways), mi è stato confermato che il volo è stato cancellato. Nonostante questo, sul sito di FlightNetwork risulta ancora semplicemente come “modificato”, senza alcuna spiegazione chiara, senza aggiornamenti reali e senza alcuna assistenza.
La cosa più grave è che è totalmente impossibile contattarli: le email vengono ignorate o addirittura respinte, non esiste un servizio clienti funzionante e qualsiasi tentativo di ricevere supporto è inutile. È come parlare con il vuoto.
Nel frattempo, la compagnia aerea prevede il rimborso del biglietto, ma FlightNetwork — che ha incassato il pagamento — sparisce completamente, impedendo di fatto al cliente di esercitare i propri diritti.
Ricordo che, in base al Regolamento (CE) n. 261/2004 sui diritti dei passeggeri aerei, in caso di cancellazione del volo il passeggero ha diritto al rimborso o a una riprotezione su un volo alternativo. Il comportamento di FlightNetwork, che rende impossibile qualsiasi contatto e ostacola l’accesso a tali diritti, è gravemente scorretto e potenzialmente in violazione delle normative europee a tutela dei consumatori.
È inaccettabile che un’azienda che vende voli internazionali abbandoni i propri clienti proprio nei momenti critici. Zero trasparenza, zero assistenza, zero responsabilità.
Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare FlightNetwork.

Was waiting for 3 hrs on call for customer service, was trying to get a refund after my flight was canceled and a refund was issued by the flight company, even what someone answered finally they were unhelpful and trying to avoid progressing the claim, even though they could see it on their side

do NOT book with them. when i called them i was caller 180 and held for 3 hours to be hanged up on and then next time was called 120 which took 2 hours. the representative said they could not help me so i asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me which that did not happen. called again and asked for email and they would not give me. icelandair told me they sent info to 3rd party but 3rd party said they never received. accidentally i made a booking with them since it was the number one entry when i typed icelandair

I booked a flight from Dakar to Banjul with Air Senegal scheduled for 31 December through Flight Network. In mid-November, I received an email confirming that the flight had been cancelled and that I was entitled to a full refund.
Since then, I have been chasing this refund for over three months.
Despite at least eight follow-ups, the only response I continue to receive from Flight Network is that I should “wait for an update.” No timeline, no resolution, and no refund.
To make matters worse, I contacted Air Senegal directly and they confirmed that the agency (Flight Network) must process the refund request on their side, meaning the delay lies entirely with the booking agency.
Holding a customer’s money for months after a cancelled flight is completely unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of customer service, accountability, and transparency.
Travelers should be aware that if something goes wrong with your booking, you may be left waiting indefinitely for your money.

Vi skulle rejse hjem fra Island søndag den 30 augustkl.16.00 men de flyttede os til en afgang kl.01.30 med mellemlanding i København, og derfra videre til Billund med ankomst kl.10.30.mandag.En temmelig lang rejse, og med ankomst kl.10.30 kunne tre ud af fem personer ikke komme på arbejde mandag, og det sagde vi derfor nej til.Vi bad dem aflyse billetterne og refundere vores penge.
Vi gik ind på Icelandairs side, der havde masser af ledige billetter 30 august om eftermiddagen som ønsket.Flight Network sagde der ikke fandtes ledige billetter ,og vi kun kunne komme hjem om natten.
Vi blev lovet pengene tilbage 10 - 15 hverdage.Nu er der gået 23 og vi har intet hørt.De er umulige at komme i kontakt med, og SAS er ikke villige til at hjælpe, selvom det er SAS der har ansat Flight Network til at sælge deres flyrejser.
Vores svigerdatter kæmper en lignende kamp, så hold jer væk .

I had booked a flight from DOH to DEL using Flight Network, because Skyscanner shows a lower fare. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to the Iran-US war. The flight refund 100%, but these guy did not refund me anything. I try to connect by call or email. No response and they block my email and phone number. These are a scam company, don't use this in the future.

Auf keinen Fall hier buchen – ganz schrecklich. Der Kundenservice geht praktisch nie ans Telefon. Gerade wenn man Geld für Reisen ausgibt – egal ob mehrere hundert oder mehrere tausend Euro – ist es wichtig, im Problemfall jemanden erreichen zu können. Bei Reisen kommt es schnell zu Situationen, in denen man Unterstützung braucht.
Man sollte sich dabei nicht von einem Anbieter abhängig machen, der einem das Leben eher schwer macht oder im entscheidenden Moment gar nicht erreichbar ist.
Daher ganz klare Empfehlung: Von diesem Anbieter Abstand nehmen.

I don't recommend this company at all, Their customer support is a bluff, even if you pay for extra service of cancellation or flight changes, they will tell you , we will forward your case to support team who will call you and nothing happens till time passes. Don't waste your money and look for respectable travel company.

They don't answer e-mails, and their chat will not only hang you for hours, but every once in a while will ask if you're still there (no notification, no pop, nothing), and if you don't answer in 3 minutes they disconnect you from the chat and you have to try again. Peak a$$hole design.

Terrible. They literally refused to issue a refund even after American Airlines sent it to them on my behalf. Claimed, no refund was received, although AA sent it evidenced by proof on their website, reference number and flight number. Do NOT use this company.

Auszahlung nur dank Rechtsbeistand nach 7 Monaten
Wir konnten aus medizinischen Gründen eine Reise nicht antreten, haben fristgerecht alle erforderlichen Unterlagen eingereicht. Dann geschah erst einmal 5 Wochen gar nichts, nach erster Rücksprache und Vertröstung weitere 5 Wochen nichts, dann habe ich über 3 Wochen ca. 6-mal per Telefon und E-Mail urgiert, man kommt aber an niemanden jenseits des lowest Level Callcenters heran. Dann hieß es, wir hätten keine "medical certificates" eingereicht, was ich dank deren Empfangsbestätigungen zwar falsifizieren konnte, aber von einer Auszahlung waren wir weiterhin meilenweit entfernt. Habe mich dann an den VKI (Verein für Konsumenteninformation) in Österreich bzw. nach deren Hinweis an die zuständige Europäische Verbraucherzentrale gewandt, die den Fall an ihre Kollegen in Schweden weiterleiteten. Daraufhin, nach mittlerweile 7 Monaten der Verschleppungstaktik, wohl mit der Absicht, uns so lange vergeblich auflaufen zu lassen, bis wir einfach erschöpft aufgeben und auf das Geld verzichten, obwohl es uns 100%ig zusteht, kam binnen 24 Stunden die Zusage im Wortlaut: "der Refundierungsprozess wurde eingeleitet und wir hoffen, diesen binnen 6 bis 7 Wochen abschließen zu können". Nach weiteren 14 Tagen habe ich erneut die Verbraucherzentrale darüber informiert, auch weil unklar war, ob mit dieser Refundierung auch alle drei betroffenen Tickets gemeint waren. Daraufhin kam die Nachricht, sie würden binnen 5 Tagen überweisen inklusive Nennung der konkreten Summe; das Geld, fast 3.000 Euro, war dann tatsächlich am selben Tag am Konto.
Happy End also, jedoch hätten wir ohne Hinzuziehung von Rechtsbeistand mit Sicherheit durch die Finger geschaut.

FlightNetwork are awful!! I would never use them again. They took my money, failed to deliver the service, and are refusing to refund my money. They now say the case is closed despite having not refunded me and refuse to engage at all. They've been trying to get out of refunding me for 8 month now. Be very cautious about using FlightNetwork, you could lose your money!
