If I have a way not to leave any star, I would do just that. These guys have proven to be all they have been called out to be by so many reviewers but, my own case will not just end on this review because I will be taking it up.
Missed my flight on Dec 8, because they were incompetent to sort out my booking issues which I had call them on Saturday Dec 6 prior to my trip to fix and was told they have escalated it but stated that they were seeing my infant at their own end.
So, the issues started when I called two airlines to request for special services (bassinet) for my infant but was told they were not seeing my infant on my ticket, hence, their inability to get me a bassinet.
Getting to the airpoirt on Monday Dec 8, and quite on time, I could not check in because they did not find my baby on my booking. So, the airline advised that I call these guys. My fligfht was for 14:20hrs. I called at about past 12pm and reported the issue0 and was told to wait at the airport, that they will sort it out and will call me to notify me.
I was waiting and hoping for a call back to resolve the issues and before you knew it, the counter closed at 13:20hrs. I was unable to check in. So, I missed my flight.
I started calling them like I was going to die and requested to speak to a supervisor; but guess what, I only realised that you cannot really get hold of the major decision makers like a supervisor. Their customer service team told me they have requested for a call back from a supervisor and I will be called in 24hrs.
I started calling these guys every hour and two begging to speak to a supervisor but got told for over 15 times I called them that the case has been escalated but not assigned yet. This is now over 48 hours and no one has reached out to address this issue. Well, the last rep i spoke with told me that my case was on priority queue with a supervisor on another team. I begged him to talk to his own supervisor to help me but was deceived like his other colleagues to end the call and I will be call back shortly in few minutes. Its now over 12 hrs since I ended that call and yet, no contact from them yet.
I also explained to them that I have a medical appointment at my home country on Friday Dec 12, just so they know I really do not have much time left, but, of course, it does not concern them.

Refund Promised in Writing, Then Denied — Avoid This Company.
My experience with FlightNetwork has been extremely frustrating and has raised serious concerns about their transparency and business practices.
I requested a cancellation on June 11, and the agent clearly confirmed that I was eligible for a full refund, with an additional $150 cancellation penalty fee, which I paid immediately after receiving their written confirmation. Despite this, FlightNetwork later claimed my cancellation was never confirmed and even invented a second “cancellation date” that never happened. They also insisted they “never charge cancellation fees,” even though I have written proof from their own agent confirming it.
Another major red flag: a company called LookMyFlight somehow had full access to my booking, cancellation details, and even the bank dispute information. FlightNetwork now claims they have “no connection” with them, but LookMyFlight emailed me about my cancellation on the same day and issued the receipt for the $150 fee. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable for a travel agency handling customer information.
For months I have received contradictory information, denials, and shifting explanations. My booking disappeared from their app immediately after June 11, and multiple agents told me my refund was being processed — yet nothing was ever returned. Their customer service is inconsistent, confusing, and in my case deeply misleading.
I am now pursuing this matter through formal dispute channels because FlightNetwork has failed to honor the refund they promised and confirmed in writing. Based on my experience — and after seeing many other similar complaints online — I strongly recommend booking directly with airlines and avoiding this company entirely.

Somehow when I Google searched allegiant airlines this company populated as the first result. I clicked it out of muscle memory and when I completed the purchase I saw what I had done. I went to Google because Google flights was showing another 3rd party to book through, and I always book direct. I'm glad that I tried to reverse this purchase within 10 minutes after buying. This is because when I went to ask for a refund via the chat, Richard at flight network, told me to just go to allegiant and cancel the order. I did so, I screen shot his instructions and the cancelation from allegiant and waited 10 business days. After 10 business days I never got a refund from allegiant, even now after 18 business days I have yet to get it. Fortunately, Chase reversed their charge. First, their charge is $5 more than my booking. Second, the refund that allegiant said I'd get would have been for the $5 less amount. However, I'm pretty sure that when I went to allegiant to refund my money, it just went back to flight network since they booked it on my behalf. They were probably hoping that I wouldn't verify the funds not returned and then they would pocket that refund. If you do what I accidentally did, abort mission quickly and don't even think to follow through with them. Such a scam company

They totally misrepresent their business presenting themselves as making reservations, charging a credit card. INSTEAD of reservations, on is noticed that 3 days may be required before confirmation. Our flight from less than 24h was cancelled and changed to one flight with more than 40h, departing from another city! We asked to start from the initially booked city and I spent 3 hours in the chat, passing from one person to the next "expert" one to get a mail at the end saying that it is like this and they can't do anything! Horrible and never again
Scaming rebooking fees and awful customer services
I booked flights seperate with another flight company. I reliased just after i booked with the company Flightnetwork that i would miss my connecting flight. So i tried with the customer services which uses AI translate... I paid extra for rebooking possibility. They couldnt change my flights for the day and offered to book it with another date. I said no i will unbook. It costs me 44 euros even when i unbooked within 30 minutes i booked the tickets! I booked my flights with Ticket.se instead and there were flights i could take with SAS flightcompany. Just BS there werent any options to rebook it.. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. I Unbooked the flight by myself and still have to pay to them.

Beware of the Flightnetwork travel agency. I tried to cancel my flight 1 hour after purchase, and they charged me $45 USD for cancellation, and they call it a handling fee. Other airlines and travel agencies have 24-hour canclation window policy for a full refund

Limite honnete
Après avoir acheté des billets aller retour Paris Amman pour lesquelles j’avais réservé un siège aller pour 47 euros et bagages de 23 kg pour 90 euros, avec réception d’un document internet, je me suis vu refuser ce siège et ai dû repayer pour les bagages, du fait que j’ai acheté à 10’ d’écart l’aller retour.
J’ai appelé le service client pour expliquer pourquoi j’avais acheté l’aller et le retour en 2 temps, et leur ai demandé de valider mon siège et le bagage sans avoir à repayer. Fin de non recevoir, justifiant même l’envoie du mail qui validait les 2 points, comme une erreur informatique !!!?
Ils m’ont dit de me tourner vers Royal Jordanian airlines, qui m’ont renvoyé vers eux !?
Démarche globalement pas commerçante voir malhonnête en invoquant une erreur informatique.

Blev kontaktet tre dage før afrejse af Flight Network om at flyet var aflyst. Fandt selv ud af hos flyselskabet Norwegian Airlines, at det var det ikke. Så blev forklaringen ændret til at vores billetter var slettet, hvilket Norwegian kunne bekræfte - de kunne se at vi havde været booket, men at bookingen nu var slettet.
Vendte så tilbage til Flight Network igen for at få vores penge retur som minimum. Og det venter vi så på nu. Og venter. Og venter. Vi har fået besked på at vi får flybilletpenge retur, men ikke bagage-penge, selvom billetten er købt som samlet pakke inklusive bagage.
Al 'service' foregår på engelsk via telefon med medarbejdere, der taler engelsk med meget stærk accent, så kommunikationen er meget vanskelig. Ingen muligheder for at skrive til dem via email eller tekstbox på deres hjemmeside. Og den fysiske postadresse de opgiver på deres hjemmeside er en postboks - angiveligt i Fredericia, hvor de opgiver forkert postnummer!

Total scam, stay away
This company is a scam, clearly trying to get money out of users, changing prices after transactions are done!
We bought flight tickets with flexible option (travel within Europe), called customer service and asked to rebook for a new date, which was 5 months in the future, and was told the price difference to pay was over 800€ per person (when the original ticket price was 780€ total for two passengers, and flights for the new dates on the airline own websites were around 500€ per person!!). I complained that the price difference was too high and was told that "prices are dynamic" and I could try calling again. I called again the next day, and was told that now the price difference was just 50€ per person, so I confirmed the reebooking, paid the 100€ and got confirmation on the phone that all was ok and I would receive the new tickets within 24h. I did receive an email, but instead of tickets there was a message stating that prices had changed again in the meantime and, if I wanted to keep my rebooked dates, I should pay another 630€. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous! Once a transaction is done pricing shouldn't change!
The only good thing I can say about this company is that I didnt have to wait to talk to customer service. Everything else is absolutely terrible and no one should buy from them. Additionally, all extras were way more expensive than on the airline own website (e.g. luggage 60€ vs 25/30€ on airline website).
If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Booked flight through Flight Network…
Booked flight through Flight Network rather than going direct then the flight was moved from Latam Airlines to Qantas but when we turned up for flight their was no baggage included which is clearly on the payment advice. Latam said that we had to go through our agent to get the refund but we have chased Flight Network for months but they are rude and do not do anything. I would never recommend anyone to use them and will never ever book with them again. So very disappointed.

I have booked through Flight Network a direct flight on 19.09.2025 from Malta to Tunis on Tunisair Express, which takes about 70 minutes.
Actually, the flight was operated by Windrose Air, an Ukrainian Airline with a totally overaged A319, which is based in Tel Aviv / Israel, with a stop-over in Catania / Italy for re-fueling.
I would never accepted an Ukrainian Airline based in Tel Aviv, if I would have known that before.
The flight from Malta to Tunis took finally about 5 hours - a strange experience, which would be entitled for a fare-refund.
There was no response to my complaint from Flight Network, despite reminders.
The practice of this company is totally unreliable and unacceptable, assuming no responsibility at all.

Well, the only way I can get any kind of reaction to reviewing this company is to do it through Trust Pilot. Again... Order no. 1047-502-553 - (order no. is included so they can't avoid replying to my review! Two days ago this company sent me a reply to my last review (from 10 September) about waiting since February for my refund. On 7 July they updated my account to say the refund had been received and to allow 7 working days for my refund. By my calculations, it has now been 50 working days since that date and still no refund. In the meantime, the credit card I paid with has expired and with the last phone conversation I had with them, they were going to send me a link to update my payment details.... which hasn't come. Frustrating to get a reply two days ago to my latest review, saying I needed to be patient as they are waiting on the refund from the airline!! THIS TRAVEL AGENT IS A SCAM.... TAKE NOTE OF THE REVIEWS AND STOP USING THEM!

This company is dishonest
This company is dishonest. I requested to add baggage to my booking, but they only added it to the outbound flight and not for my return. Despite charging me for both ways, they refused to provide the baggage allowance for my return and also refused to refund my money. I am left with no option to travel back with my 23kg luggage. I called multiple times and followed up, but after a lot of effort they still rejected my refund request. Very disappointing experience. Do not buy flight ticket from this company.
