volo prenotato Order 1036-203-019 ad ottobre 2024 con " Protezione annullamento" pagata 91,48 euro per tutti i passeggeri, valida per annulare voli 2 ore prima della partenza per motivi di salute e con richiesta di rimborso completo.
A causa di una modifica di 5 minuti su una delle 4 tratte da parte di una compagnia aerea, la protezione annullamento dell'assicurazione non è piu' valida. Quindi contattate le compagnie aeree, mi riferiscono di rivolgermi a FN che ovviamente non solo non rimborsa nessun volo, ma neanche la garanzia annullamento e nemmeno le tasse aereoportuali !!!! Scandalosi !!!!

I booked a return Flight from Luton to Prague 1 hour ago, I received an email stating they are confirming the flight with the Airline, it also gave me a Order Number. After not receiving any further information for an hour, I tried to find my order on the Flight Network sight with my email address and the order number. It stated the order Number was not found. I tried several times and had the same response. I googled Flight Network contact details and found the same number I was diverted to with my email and Order number, it asked, however, it stated the order number cannot be found and I couldn't go any further. I tried to find alternative numbers or emails but kept being provided with the same number.
I have 3 days to the flight but cannot contact them at all, I am extremely angry and frustrated and the return flight cost £270, I cannot afford to rebook with another airline.

“I thought it was SAS, since that’s what I was searching for. In all the stress, I clicked a link and assumed I had landed on SAS’s official site. I only realised I had booked through the wrong page when I went looking for my confirmation.
Now, to actually receive my ticket – which ended up costing more than SAS – I have to wait three days, even though the money was withdrawn immediately. Total scam. A lesson learned: always double-check what you’re clicking on, no matter how stressed you are.
Avoid booking through them – expensive and unnecessarily complicated.”

I bought a ticket for my mom to come from BR to Canada (roundtrip). Flight Network made a mistake with her last name just for the BR-CAN part of the roundtrip. When I talked to Air Canada to request a WC in Toronto, they could not find her in their system as her last names were just as first initials and they alerted me to fix this as she would not be able to embark. They kept telling me that they have forwarded my case to the correct department on a priority flag. The trip was scheduled for the following Monday. I've kept calling them and receiving the same reassurance that they understand it was their mistake but the case was with another department and would be fixed. On Saturday, in another call to them I was told that I had to pay $59 if I wanted her name fixed. I was furious but afraid to not get their cooperation, I paid the fee. On the Sunday, they send me an email that I had to pay $70.69 until the end of the day or her name would not be fixed (they said that it was the Air Canada/Gol airlines fees). I was really fuming but paid. Well, AC said they do not charge for a name change and I ended up paying for another one-way ticket directly from them a few hours prior to her trip. And once my mom was already in Canada, I tried to speak with them again and the same message was conveyed: they were working on fixing her name in a priority basis. >:( I am taking the matter to my credit card company. Do not buy from Flight Network!!!!
Shafted twice...
Six months ago I booked a flight from Perth to Bangkok so my wife could see her family for Songkran.
Two weeks later I decided to spoil her with some good seats.
(First row in economy,window and middle)
At check in I find out that we weren't on the seating map, and as the seats were sold again, there was nothing that could be done.
BTW, Thai airways were extremely
apologetic.
When I finally got hold of F.N. They asked for a receipt. I provided this by returning THEIR email to me, with full details.
Guess what happened next...
All emails bounced back.
What a sh×t company.

Manipulerende salgsteknik og uforudsete omkostninger
Ved bestilling af billetterne bliver der spurgt over 10 gange til om jeg ønsker ekstra ting til flyrejsen. Jeg svarer nej og der bliver stadig spurgt om ekstra ting der vil koste. Til sidst da prisen stadig er den samme fortæller flight network at prisen er stegget med 700 kr hvilket svarer til hvad de håbede at få ind gennem ekstra omkostninger. Den form for salgsteknik er ikke imponerende. Var desværre tvunget til at købe billetter.

Bokade en resa (Luft-Hansa) via detta "bolag"! PGA strejk på flygplatsen i Frankfurt blev flyget inställt. Flight Network betalar inte tillbaka biljetten. Tycker synd om Luft-Hansa som jobbar med detta oseriösa företaget. Vårt företag kommer aldrig att boka via Flight Network igen eller flyga med Luft-Hansa
Nessun servizio, solo sovrapprezzo
Ho prenotato il mio viaggio (andata e ritorno) con questa agenzia perché costava qualche euro in meno rispetto alla compagnia aerea. Dovendo poi aggiungere extra (bagagli e/o animale in cabina) mi sono scontrata con enormi problemi per il viaggio di ritorno. Potevo modificare il viaggio di andata dal sito della compagnia aerea ma il ritorno era bloccato su entrambi i siti ed entrambi i servizi clienti mi hanno rimbalzata per giorni. Alla fine, dopo ore conversazione, il servizio clienti di Flight Network mi ha permesso di aggiungere solo l'animale in cabina con un sovrapprezzo esagerato. I bagagli dovrò aggiungerli in aeroporto, con le spese che comporta. Mai più.
Update: a seguito di questa recensione sono riusciti ad aggiungere il bagaglio a mano per il volo di ritorno con un sovrapprezzo del 68% rispetto al prezzo della compagnia aerea. Molta fatica e molte spese.

FlightNetwork is a complete scam. They lure customers in with cheap prices, then rob you with hidden fees and terrible service. If you need a refund or any assistance, they will give you the runaround and refuse to help. Their customer service is useless, and they will do anything to keep your money. Avoid these thieves and book directly with the airline to save yourself from being scammed!

This is a SCAM. Stay away from this 'service'. The price is double what you can find with airlines - and this 'service' adds hidden service fees that are not shown in the booking process.
Oproffsigt företag dålig kundsupport
Sämsta resebyrå dålig kundsupport. De fick avboka min resa utan min godkänd. Varje gång lovade att support team kommer att hantera misstagen för avbokning. Kundsupporten var otydliga med vad och vilket åtgärd support team håller på samt ljög flera gånger med att flygbolaget som ställde in flyget. Vi upplevde fett stressiga dagar och obehagligtkänslor i 41 dagar . En vecka innan resa fick vi svar att ska resa med flyg som har bytte ca 11.5 timmar i Istanbul medan vår uppsrungliga biljett var med 3 timmar väntetid i Istanbul

Flight Network har ändrat datum för vår flygresa utan att meddela oss. Om vi avbokar så kan de inte garantera att vi får hela beloppet tillbaka. Vill vi omboka så tar de ut en avgift. Jag har ringt och pratat med banken då vi betalat med Master Card. De säger att detta är bedrägeri och ska polisanmälas.
