The customer service was timely and so helpful.
Unfortunately, my parcel was missing and I tried my best to find it on my end. I was in contact with Bayan and he managed to resolve the issue by locating the parcel that was misplaced. I got the sense that he was willing to go the extra mile.
Reading previous reviews, I am happy to see that Bayan is recognised very well for his hard work.

Recently
Recently, I ordered the Sera coat online. I was very pleased with the coat and wanted to wear it, especially with the colder temperatures now. However, I discovered that the coat was unfortunately damaged on the side. I emailed the customer service with this problem, with attached some photos. They responded within 1 day and told me that I could return the coat and order a new one. What a great service! I would order here again definitely.

10/10 Customer Service + Great Product
I ordered a jumper to be sent to me in the UK. The courier company website showed a problem with my delivery address and stated that it couldn't be delivered so I contacted Customer service at Samsoe for assistance. I was fortunate to have Cecilie look into the problem and she responded to me immediately with information that allowed the situation to be resolved. The issue was with the carrier, not Samsoe. I was offered a voucher for my next purchase which I've now used. I would like to make sure Cecilie gets recognition from the company as she's an absolute asset to the organisation. She's a star ⭐️. I will make future purchases with complete confidence knowing that I'm dealing with an ethical and responsible retailer. (and I love my purchases).

Cheapest piece of clothing I ever owned
I bought a sweater 145$ CAD. On the first wash I put a very gentle stain remover (that I normaly use on silk) on a small stain. Now after one wash the neck is all curly and where I put the stain remover all the color is gone. So now its a green sweater with a huge white stain. It is the cheapest piece of clothing I ever owned and a huge waste of money

Flot tøj men dårlig kvalitet
Flot tøj, men dårlig kvalitet ift. pris.
Har købt et par jeans og kjole til henholdsvis 1000 kr og 600 kr (oprindelig pris 1200) - begge slidt efter at være brugt et par gange og vasket efter anvisning. Syninger der er gået op og tegn på slitage.

Nie wieder!
Passt auf wenn ihr auf dieser Seite bestellt, im Nachhinein habe ich so viele ähnliche Geschichten gelesen, dass die Firma die Rücksendung verweigert hat. Bei mir ist es sogar noch schlimmer, ich habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten und insgesamt 3 Artikel bestellt, nun möchten sie mir alle 3 verrechnen weil alle anscheinend nach Parfüm riechen. So eine Frechheit! Das falsch gelieferte Produkt wurde anscheinend in Lettland produziert, die Firma impliziert aber darauf dass all ihre Produkte in dieser Lagerhalle in China produziert wurden. Wieso muss ich mich als Kunde mit so einem Blödsinn befassen, wenn etwas falsch passiert ist. Ich habe einen falschen Artikel erhalten und wie das passiert ist, ist mir egal. Das ist deren Angelegenheit. Diese Firma ist ein großes Unternehmen und verarschen ihre Kunden. Nie wieder, zudem werde ich mit diesem Fall zum Konsumentenschutz gehen!! Es gibt etwas was sich Widerrufsrecht nennt.

High price, poor quality
Bought a dress of 170 EUR, could only wear it once since the fabric totally frayed out and the lining ripped through. Customer service was not helpfull. On their website they claim to make clothes that can be valued for years to come, not true at all.
