I’m very impressed with Sarah Creal ! The product quality is excellent, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer care. This is the first time I’ve received a personal email asking for my feedback what I liked and what I didn’t. I’ve dealt with many high-end brands, and usually you just receive a standard review request, but Sarah Creal actually reached out personally to understand my experience. Wow! This level of care makes you feel truly valued as a customer. Highly recommended!

From start to finish it was such a good experience!

I’d saw that Sarah Creal was in the UK from a Substack I follow (British beauty blogger)and she said how good the products were. So I had a look and bought a few things. Everything arrived really well packed & quickly .

The customer service however is what really stood out. I had a query about the blush and the response was so kind, helpful and friendly- completely above and beyond and it’s left such a positive impression of Sarah cereal beauty as a whole. I cannot thank the customer service team enough for their kindness and time. Its so rare for companies to respond quickly in this day & age and for them to give such a personalised reply as well. So I recommend 100% and I can say that it is somewhere I will 100% be shopping from again.

Just bought the Lip Grip Line Filler and Eyes Up in golden. Love all of it! The liner was a wonderful surprise. I’ve been searching for liner that glides on easily, doesn’t look crepe-y, stays beautifully subtle and doesn’t make my life more complicated. Eyes Up is a triumph. Love the product and love discovering a makeup company geared for babes 40+--my tribe!

I’m hooked on Sarah Creal products. First off, customer service is great. I had a problem and they fixed it, no questions. I really love the eyeliner and the concealer.

The customer service was exceptional. They took care of my issue and gave me a replacement even when I have had the product for a good amount of time. They addressed the issue promptly and professionally. I will recommend their products and tell them what wonderful customer service you all provide.

Amazingly fast response on a minor complaint and a clear focus on making the customer happy! And, the best bronzer I have ever found both in color and texture.

I happened to come across a podcast featuring Sarah Creal, and it really resonated with me. It was refreshing to hear someone acknowledge that many beauty brands especially those widely available in Asia primarily cater to younger skin, often under 40++. As someone with mature skin, I've found it challenging to find makeup that truly works, glides on effortlessly, and doesn't settle into fine lines.

I was genuinely excited to discover Sarah Creal Beauty, a brand created specifically with mature skin in mind. After listening to the podcast, I couldn't wait to try the products for myself, and I'm looking forward to sharing my honest thoughts and reviews once I've had the chance to use them. The brand was built around the needs of women 40+, with an emphasis on hydration, wear, and formulas that complement mature skin.

I sincerely hope brands like this expand their reach into the Asian market. There is a growing community of women here who would truly appreciate beauty products designed for mature skin rather than having to make do with formulas created for much younger complexions.

I use Face Flex Correct in K bye and absolutely love it. I have combination skin that usually does not hold product well, and for me this stays and I still look fresh and alive at the end of the day. I especially love it for summer even without other products or a little cream blush.

I am tonal color blind, so buying cosmetics is typically frustrating and embarrassing. First off, I LOVE my products including my Moisture Surge and Coming in Hot blushes so much!! I had an issue with one delivered broken and when I let customer service know, they immediately were in touch to let me know a replacement was being sent. The blush was easily fixed due to perfect consistency but they sent before I could refuse. Mihaela was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be reordering from Sarah Creal not only for the incredible products but also because of the wonderful customer service.

I purchased two items directly from SarahCrealBeauty.com. I want to return one item. Their website instructs me to email them at Info at SarahCrealBeauty dot com. I have emailed three times and sent them a direct message on Instagram. No replies. There is no phone number to call. This has frustrated me for three weeks. BEWARE

Mihaela was amazing and made my experience smooth and easy. She also remembered I was traveling and was very kind to issue a refund for my damaged item. Appreciate wish great customer service that keeps customers going back!
