I think Sarah Creal has the best customer service. I had ordered 2 blushes of hers from Sephora. They were broken upon delivery and I had posted this to her Instagram page. Her customer service contacted me and offered to replace the blush. I didn’t even purchase it from her. That’s amazing customer service. She will have a customer for life bc her products are the best on the market too!!

I bought a lipstick online and the shade was not what I expected. The return process was so easy and customer service was really kind and helpful. I received my credit promptly. I also bought thethe marine blue eyeliner. Goes on so easy and the deep navy is so flattering.

I am not one of those women that can match foundation shades to my face without an expert telling me what to use. Sarah Creal's customer support team rivals the in person support at big box stores. There's no up-selling to navigate. There's no persuasive language to match you with a foundation type that doesn't fit your face or your style. It's simply: here are our products, here are the shades that match you, let us know if this doesn't work and we'll make it right. It's what I remember customer service to be when I was growing up in the 80s.

Additionally, this formula does not irritate my skin or my eyes. This brand and the team supporting the brand is a 10/10!

Sarah Creal products have been a game changer for my skin! I have tried so many and have loved them all-the moisture source, the mascara, the lip products, the face flex, and the new corrector product! I love how the products work on mature skin. Also, their customer service is unmatched!
