Watch Arrived quickly & Original and well packaged. The Gucci model was stunning saved over £100 and came with all the original paperwork.

Got it locally resized and checked by goldsmiths in town and confirmed Original.

Very happy arrived in time for the sons birthday and got a nice discount code to use next time and with Christmas around the corner will be 100% buying again for family.

Absolutely suberb service,would highly recommend to anyone

I have had a rather frustrating experience with this company. I searched on Google for a Seiko watch. Saturn Watches showed this watch at a discounted price, only £5 cheaper than a well-known (authorised) distributor. However, with Saturn Watches being a UK company, combined with the professional-looking website, I chose them. However, upon receipt of the watch, it was immediately apparent it was from the grey market with no manufacturer’s warranty, only Saturn Watches own warranty. I genuinely did not know whether or not this was a counterfeit. The box was bashed, the flap was torn from being previously opened and the watch face was wrapped in cellophane. The instruction pamphlet had dog-eared corners, fingerprint smudges and it was not of the standard I would expect of a genuine Seiko. Following some brief research (which I wish I had carried out prior to purchase) it emerged that a buyer has recently posted on Reddit that they received a fake Seiko from Saturn Watches, which was accepted by Saturn Watches as fake and that buyer was refunded. As such, I decided to return this watch within one hour of receipt. There is nothing on their site advising they are not an authorised distributor for Seiko, so I was surprised to receive the item in this condition. However, that’s where their returns policy gets interesting. You MUST contact Saturn Watches in order that they will accept the return and generate a returns number (never provided, they instead told me to include a cover note) and you MUST return it within 7 days. This is frustrating as with most other companies, their return policy is not as restrictive, awkward, time-bound, or aggressive. Their phone number on their site went unanswered. I therefore emailed them on that same afternoon (Monday). There is no urgency for Saturn Watches to reply. I emailed a further two times, and I finally received a reply from Claire on the Wednesday evening. I hurriedly arranged to return the watch by Special Delivery, arriving with Saturn Watches on the Friday morning, confirmed by Danielle via email. It has taken 20 days for them to process my refund, however at the time of writing this money is still to be refunded, advised it may take 2-4 days to appear in my account. Being optimistic, that is 22 days since they received the watch. I paid via PayPal and over this time I received my statement for the monthly payment for this purchase. I emailed to ask why there is such a delay and why they are retaining my money to which I received a generic, non-apologetic, abrupt email from Claire stating “we will refund you next week”. Next week? Why? Why not at the time of the receipt or within the 14 days as set out in legislation, as per Section 34(4) and (5) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Why retain my money when I have returned the item to Saturn Watches which will most likely have been sold on to a new buyer? They also do not cover any return shipping (it’s all on the buyer) which is a minor criticism as they are not obliged to refund this aspect, but most reputable companies will absorb this. Instead, I had several warnings that if anything happens to the watch in transit back to them, it’s my responsibility and I won’t be refunded. I had to spend just over £10 to return this. This is a company I will never use again, I believe they are dishonest and are not upfront, I do not trust their customer service and the way they treat their customers post-purchase leaves a lot to be desired. You are not invited to leave any reviews, and the reviews on their site (from 2019 and earlier) are conveniently positive, having clearly been screened / approved and selected by Saturn Watches. I cannot recommend Saturn Watches and my advice to anyone considering buying from them is to purchase from elsewhere, and use an authorised dealer at that. Whilst the price from a high street retailer may be higher, you are receiving established customer service, respected customer rights and most importantly, peace of mind that you are receiving a genuine product which is not from the grey market.

The watch took 26 days to arrive, which is significantly longer than the 6 to 12 days promised. There was no communication about the delay, which led me to believe that I may have been scammed. I also had concerns about the authenticity of the watch due to the lack of a Manufacturer's Warranty and also because the watch was sent from a Post Office in Nottingham.

However, I ultimately received a genuine watch at a decent price, arriving in excellent condition.

If Saturn Watches has a policy of only sourcing certain watches once the order has been placed (rather than holding stock) then this should be communicated to the customer, along with more realistic delivery times.

Lovely watch and 100% would this company saved £50 on my purchase going with them.

Will he using again for my other child’s birthday coming up in the next couple of months

The watches are very competitively priced and arrive promptly. However it is easy to make a good impression by adjusting the odd bracelet etc and quick delivery when you are chasing the money.
The true measure of customer service is how the problems are handled. When my watch (an Xmas present) failed to work properly I sent it back (in January). They returned it to me, having not seen the fault. On its second trip back to Saturn (Feb) they missed every deadline that they set for its return and never communicated until I contacted them. Subsequently, after a nasty review they agreed to refund me, but used the refund to coerce me into changing the review. So accordingly, I have given one star for being unreliable and a second one because I eventually was refunded (today 28th April).

Not sure why some people have written some very poor reviews as I am not privy to what entailed, but genuinely, I experienced the exact opposite.

I ordered a new Seiko GMT on a Monday (originally Green face dial) and after calling Saturn Watches on the Wednesday (the telephone number does go to Saturn Watches / DPW and not some international dial or carpet firm) to discuss delivery dates as this was a birthday gift, the ever so helpful ClaIre informed me this watch would be on a two-week timeline as Saturn Watches only order these on an ‘case-by-case” basis once a customer has placed the order for this particular watch dial (as black and blue face dials are more popular for their customers).

Understandably and I appreciated this, as a business you don’t want to keep stock of automatic watches in all the colours of the rainbow only for them to then sit around and not got sold (Not good for automatic watches as they need their mechanical parts moving regularly to keep the time & functioning well).

Regardless, Claire very kindly emailed me some alternative watch face dial options in addition to the popular black or blue face dial watches. After seeing these options and another courteous phonecall with Claire, I went for the blue face dial with black-blue case. This was in stock and she very kindly posted the watch on the same day after our chat (with delivery expected within 5-10 working days).

To my surprise, the watch arrived safely the very NEXT DAY and WOW!! What an excellent recommendation from Claire and her amazing expertise in helping getting the right choice. I am even more grateful that the watch arrived well within the 5-10 working day timeframe. Next day delivery…no-one can argue with that!!

As for the customer service, cannot fault it one little bit. Claire knew what she was talking about, extremely helpful and professional and we even had a nice chat about Middlesborough FC.

Claire, you have been absolutely wonderful and I look forward to placing my next order and this time, as the watch is for me, I will definitely be ordering the Green face dial watch.

I ordered a watch for Valentines day. All delivered and on time. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Seen this website and called first to see if they had the watches available as I was on a tight deadline for a wedding gift, they were honest about not being able to guarantee delivery for when I needed them so helped me with alternatives, purchased the same day and were with me the day after incredible service, will be a regular customer from now on!

Fantastic company very nervous of ordering at first but the customer service team were amazing with me specially Danielle, She helped me with my order through until the end. Received the item next day for my sons 30th birthday! Will definitely be ordering again.

Similar to some examples on here, different to other claims.

Cheapest by 5% when searching for a particular mass produced model, ordered, no details until I emailed twice, after the 12 day 'max delivery' window emailed again, we can send it special delivery tomorrow for an additional £22 and it was a special order from their jewelers (* this is a £250 seiko ladies and gents*), told them to poke it.

Too many scams these days, the thieves aren't trying anymore!

I ordered a Seiko automatic watch, it was the best price I could find.
After a few emails back and forth cus I hadn't received a delivery date or any tracking details I received my watch within the time frame.

I was skeptical to begin with, so paid with credit card lol. I ordered a lovely seiko. The watch arrived in the allotted timeframe of standard delivery.
The watch itself is brand new, in box. Works perfectly and compared to my other GMT, the movement and markings are 100%.
10/10 service, would buy again.
