Item ordered but finaly was not available, instant refund via Paypal, so almost no problem...

Watch i ordered was a little delayed due to it being a special order, but i was told that and kept well informed via email about what was happening, their watches are better priced than everywhere else so waiting a little longer wasnt a problem as i saved on the cost, it was well packaged and once posted it was here next day, over all i was happy with everything thank you

Ordered a watch for my wifes birthday 2 weeks before the date so it came in time. I received the sales invoice by email and waited. Total radio silence. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking number so I e.mailed them for at least a little piece of mind that the watch was on the way. Nothing!!
I then got a PayPal notification that a refund for the full amount had been issued 5 days before her birthday.
What a total waste of time!! Thank you NOT!!
Use at your own risk.

Quick delivery and Very Happy with the service and watch is perfect for the present we needed.

Will purchase again 100%

This outfit is selling a £200 Movado Edge watch for £999. Red flag - steer clear!

First time using this company good comms item arrived well packaged and in time and a lovely looking watch better than the images would recommend and use again

The quality of the watch is very good, the details of every part are beautiful, and the after-sales service is also very considerate.

Top quality authentic watches with fast delivery and top class customer service .

I emailed to enquire what was happening with my order... Apparently they had emailed me (they definitely hadn't!) to say that my item was no longer available and they had refunded me. The email was shocking, very bad English... If this is a legit company, I'll eat my hat! Do not use, wish I'd seen the reviews first!

Having read some of the reviews here I decided to do a bit of digging for myself. As others have said, their phone number is a premium rate line to a Furniture Company, they have no email listed and their stock isnMt reflected accurately. I chatted with the online advisor and it just doesn’t seem legit. I did a check on companies house and a similar looking company came up with a different address and showing as dissolved. I do not trust this company.

Their stock does not match what is available online, their contact number does not reach the shop, instead it reaches a furniture companies answer phone, and the number is premium rate at 65p per minute. I wouldn’t trust purchasing anything from these people.

They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, not even through the website.
Untrustworthy company!

Very happy, Brilliant price and excellent, prompt service. Quality product.
