There were a couple of cushions missing from my order. I messaged on email and they were sent for next day delivery, thank you at Sazy for sorting so quickly.
Cushions are fantastic quality.
We are really happy with our outdoor furniture too, which is why we ordered the outdoor cushions. All fantastic quality.

Still no refund

sazy delivered my flutes which I ordered for my new house, they came smashed, I requested a refund three weeks ago, and I am still yet to receive it

Customer service sort the issue

Sazy Cob sofa experience

Bought a Sazy Cob without samples or sitting on it and I am delighted.

Delivery was a week or two longer than advertised/advised over automated email so I had to chase but customer service were very responsive and helpful and tracking informative once it was dispatched.

Assembly wasn't super easy but worth it. Very comfortable and works in my Victorian bay despite being super modern!
