Smashed plateware? Don’t care.
Bought some plates recently, looked great online and they were on sale. It took over a month to arrive, but that was fine as we were waiting for some electrical work to be done in the house anyway. When they came, the courier put the box in the garage, which is where they stayed until yesterday.
I opened the box, it was poorly packed, and most of the plates and bowls are smashed. They only arrived last month, but when I contacted customer services they said tough luck. I don’t want a refund, I asked for a replacement. They said refer to our terms, blah blah, you’re on your own from here. Not great for a first time customer to be honest. It’s not always practical to open every box and inspect on delivery, so I’ve lost out here and their customer service guy Jermaine could not have cared any less.
Hopefully when your plates arrived smashed, you report it sooner than I did. I believe you get a generous 5 mins from delivery time to complaint time.

Just to clarify, our standard policy allows customers up to 14 working days from delivery to contact us regarding any issues such as damaged items. In this case, we were contacted after 3 months, which does leave us with limited options to resolve the matter.
That said, as your order was delivered later than expected, exceptions can be made, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to help resolve this issue.

Light and high quality, dotti/ beige
At first, I was looking for a light and high-quality dinnerware set, and I think this is exactly what I wanted. It has been a month since I started using it, I have not had any issues, no problems in the microwave or dishwasher. One of my large plates arrived broken, but I contacted them right away and they sent a replacement. The dinnerware set looks exactly like it does in the pictures. I liked it and I recommend it to everyone.
