Easy to order online but invoiced me despite paying
Easy to order online, fuel arrived when they said
My only quibble is that I was then posted an invoice which showed amount owing despite the fact that when you order online you have to pay at the time. Get your facts straight before posting it out, absolutely pointless and a little stressful!

We completely understand how receiving a paper bill indicating an outstanding balance for an item already paid for can be confusing and stressful. Good service but keep an eye on price
Good service, but frustratingly always more expensive than other providers. I have resorted to price checking each time before delivery which is a hassle I'd rather do without as a long standing DD customer.

Completely painless experience
Everything just works - I get a message telling me that a delivery is scheduled in the next week or so. The delivery arrives and that's it done, I don't need to be at home, the driver knows exactly where the tank is 😀
