Scam
Scam. I spent $60 and made back my $60 so I was going to try to redeem as it didnt seem like I would win anything. I tried to verify my account 4 times and they all failed lighting wasn't an issue and the pictures were clear and legible. I would not recommend wasting your money here

Thank you for sharing your experience, Bobby. We are sorry to hear about your frustration with your recent ticket outcomes. All of our games operate on randomly generated odds, which means winning combinations can vary greatly and are never guaranteed over any specific number of plays. We do not offer complimentary credits or adjust game results based on play history. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
This isnt worth your money or time
This is a scam good luck winning anything they are just taking your money. only use scratchee if you will use there small discounts they have from companys ive lost a whole lot of money playing scratchee they are making bank then every ticket you win your money back that you cant withdrawal unless its 100 dollars but by god they can quickly take 10 bucks from your account. they just cant let you take it back I promise listen to what I say I have been playing for a long time I promise you are just throwing money away go play the real lottery. I can show you the long list of nothing but loses I have taken so heed my warning you may win a small amount but you will lose thousands if your not careful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Michael. We are sorry to hear about your frustration regarding your experience on Scratchee and our withdrawal rules.
Scratchee uses certified random number generators to ensure fair outcomes for all players, but because these are games of chance, winning is never guaranteed. We always encourage responsible play and setting personal limits.
To clarify our payout policy: while bank withdrawals require a minimum balance of $ 100, balances under $100 can be cashed out directly to an e-gift card.
We appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve our platform and user experience

IRRATIONAL DECISION MAKING
At first this platform I was skeptical due to the incentives given for discounts for places or categories to pick from. At first when purchasing this offer was for 3 scratchees for the price of 1 as well as discounts. Then the system didn't payout my scratchee cards at first. So I had to contact customer service ro then directed me to the main office to contact them for this issue. So I had to contact the main office only to leave a voicemail. Within 24hrs I had received a text message that scratchee apologized for the glitch in the system and rewarded me 3 cards plus 1 additional scratchee for this issue. Then I played my scratchees and won 250! I redeemed and cashed out thinking this is to good to be true. And sure enough within minutes, my bank account received a deposit of my winnings. So thrilled I told my bf at the time about this company. Without hesitation my bf signed up and I was helping him in his phone to verify his account. But my bf phone camera was garbage and we were having a hard time verifying his account bcz we couldn't get a clear picture of his ID. So we tried multiple ways and decided he could use my phone just to verify as my camera wasn't broken in the lens like his. So I logged off my account and he logged into my phone and we completed his verification and uploaded his ID to the platform. Once he was able to be verified we logged off by phone and he continued on using his device for purchases and also redeeming bcz he won on his own scratchee. Within the next day. My account i was notified that by shut down and closed for committing fraud. And my bf too his account was closed. We both tried to explain to scratchee through email and text and calling the main office and they did nothing and made it a final decision. My bf was able to redeem some winnings but had another 190 to redeem and scratchee didn't let him withdrawl the money and kept his winnings.
If none of that had happened. I would've been writing a great review!

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Franki. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the closure of your accounts, especially after such a positive initial experience.
To comply with security and financial regulations, our system automatically flags and closes profiles when multiple accounts log in or complete verification on the same device. While we understand you were simply lending your phone due to a broken camera, this triggered a strict security rule.
We realize how disappointing this is and want to ensure your case was handled fairly. Please email support with the subject line "Trustpilot Review - Account Re-evaluation" and include the email addresses for both accounts so our team can perform a manual re-review.
