Thank you so much for the glowing review, Angel! We are thrilled to hear that your payout was lightning-fast and the process was smooth. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon!
Don’t do it
Don’t do it. The way they promote yourself and the fake reviews and all that stuff is purely just to get you to trust them and spend money. You will not win ticket from the dumb person riding this review. I’m not once had a profitable win the most I got was equal return and that was only two times out of the 10 and it was all losing so do not spend here. They will take your money. They will make you feel like you have a chance and you do not.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Hunter. We genuinely apologize for your bad experience, but we want to assure you that our reviews are authentic and our system is 100% fair. Luck plays a major role in every entry, which means results vary, but taking advantage of our community is something we would never do.

I’d love to 5 star however I’ve had some issues with my account from jump street which has put a damper on things. I did win $150 my first time and it withdrew right to my bank account so I can verify that and customer service has been great so far. Again, without these issues it would be 5 stars allllll day!

Thanks so much for the review and the shoutout to our customer service team! We’re thrilled your first withdrawal went smoothly, but we hear you—account hiccups right at the start are super frustrating. We’re actively working to iron out those early glitches so every part of your experience is 5-star quality.
Borderline a scam
Borderline a scam. This is a discount access site not a game site and the discounts are not that impressive to be honest. Even when I bought access the free scratches never came. Customer support was quick, but not much help. I didn’t use any features and requested a refund which they refused to do. Even if I was looking for a discount site I would avoid this one because of sketchy practices.

Steven, thank you for sharing your feedback. We aim to be fully transparent about our products, but we are sorry to hear your experience fell short—especially regarding the issue with your free scratches and your frustration over our refund policy. While our terms govern refunds once access is granted, we take concerns about account issues and clarity seriously and will use your comments to improve our process.
I love scratchee they’re the best!!

You will get your winnings
I had trouble cashing out my winnings but after a few emails the problem was sorted and i did get my winnings. There is a second chance option as well so if you lose you get another shot plus with each ticket purchase you get discounts at stores hotels and resturants.
Update: i had to add another star from 4 to 5 because anything less would not be accurate in my humble opinion. If Scratchee continues to out preform cardboard scratch offs people will keep playing through scratchee and ditch the cardboard all together!!!! Scratchee #1! Keep up the great work....

They are a scam
They are a scam. I first signed up and was told there was going to be an all new site with new scratchers but I had to play 5 unique scratchers and I’d get $200 free once the new site rolled out which was a couple weeks away. I spent a lot of money completing this challenge and now it’s been months and there’s no release date in site. Just promises of the $200 I was promised. Since then they’ve deactivated my account due to my accidentally creating a new one which I never actually used (and they’ve since reactivated it after threatening to turn them in to the ftc) and then I couldn’t cash out my already dwindling winnings. I had $300 I’d won but due to them not letting me cash out I wasted most of it by the time they finally corrected the error. I won’t spend another dime on this site because it seems to be a scam. You’re buying access to links to sales and discounts that are freely available and not exclusive to them. It’s a huge rip off and I’m upset I was bamboozled into it.

We’re genuinely sorry for this frustrating experience, Jay
Our new site rollout was delayed due to unexpected technical hurdles, but we understand your frustration regarding the promised $200 bonus. Additionally, our system automatically flags duplicate accounts to prevent fraud, which caused the temporary lockout and subsequent cash-out delay. We are glad our team was able to quickly reactivate your account once the mistake was cleared up.
Onve Scratchee 2.0 is live, as promised, all eligible customers will receive their bonus.
Great game
Great game! Pays out! Just takes a bit for verification & responses if you contact customer service. Its definitely legit though.
