Account query resolved quickly and expertly
Used Seat Unique earlier in the Premier League season for Burnley tickets. Process worked smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent staff at customer services
Staff at seat unique ( in particular Giorgia)did their best to accommodate our needs when our circumstances changed prior to an event
Whilst there was slight confusion re upgrade tickets this was clarified quickly.
I cannot fault the organisation at the event and the subsequent seats which we were allocated especially in terms of accessibility which we required as one of our party had mobility issues.

Great seats for Brits 26
The seats were really good for the Brits 2026 but there was some confusion as to which door we should go in, our tickets said F but you email said E. We went with E but then missed getting the wristband which we needed for the after party, we had to go looking for these, which we did eventually find were being given out at entrance F.

Paid for the Everton vs Burnley game
Paid for the Everton vs Burnley game. Premium seating (apparently) travelled from Poland to visit. Was sat 8 rows from the back of stand right in the corner. Prob the cheapest seats Everton offer but charged nearly twice the ticket price for as they said.. premium seating.

Disgraceful
Disgraceful
I have dyslexia and I made a genuine mistake with the wrong ticket but they won't swap, transfer or refund.
Absolutely horrendous service, no diversity whatsoever, just stubborn greed.
The reply i received simply isn't true.
I had phoned up and explained, I had also posted on X/Twitter but nobody relied until now, one day before.

I want to provide some context to customers who may be reading this review.
Michael purchased a ticket on the 24th of February. It was sent out shortly after this on the 26th of February. The match takes place on the 3rd of March.
Michael asked us to change the package he had purchased the day before the match, at which point all tickets had been sent out and allocated, so such changes are not possible, as the ticket now belongs to Michael.
Our team have attempted to help, but occasionally things are out of our control, so we are sorry that the package could not be changed at such a late stage.
