I booked tickets for Moses ituama fight…

I booked tickets for Moses ituama fight on the 24th of January. The fight was postponed, I am unable to attend the new date 28th of March and have requested a refund by phone and email but have heard no response. I paid for a service on a particular day and have not received it . I am legally due a refund but you are ignoring me . I will never use your company again. Terrible customer service , absolute joke outfit

James arthur adidas suite

Arrived early.. easy to get inside the arena we were shown to our suite ordered food/drinks had a look at our seats then went back inside to eat and drink…..then 15mins before the concert was due to start we went out to the seating area to find 2 people sat in out seats. I asked them politely could they move to which i was told to eff off by the gentleman. I did not want to start an altercation so we ended up siitting on the last 2 available bar stools at the back which had a very side on view of the stage. I paid alot of money in tickets…hotel…food/drinks…transport to have the night spoilt.

Tried to cancel within 3 days of purchase do to invite for family wedding 5 months before concert told no thought you had a breathing space by law !

Definitely not premium seating.

Felt ripped off , seats the worst in the stadium , paid over £200 for £60 face value tickets.
Awful experience, would not recommend, will never ever use again
Could not use food vouchers as sold out, no refund offered.
Premium tickets on the 63rd row, nothing premium about the back row . Mis-sold!

The seating allocation typically operates on a purchase-date priority system, which means seats are allocated in order based on when tickets are purchased. While all seats in this section offer a premium experience, those who purchase earlier do receive priority for seat selection within the section.

I realise this may not have been clear at the time of purchase, and I apologise if this caused any confusion.

For future events, we always recommend purchasing as early as possible to secure the best available seating options within the seating allocation we have been provided by the club.

WRU official resale site

Used Seat Unique to buy tickets from the official WRU ticket resale site. Had reservations about using resale platforms but found two tickets being sold under face value and even when the admin fees were added they were still under face value. Tickets were delivered to the WRU ticketing app 3 days prior to the event and 2 days after purchase. Everything was really smooth and no problems. Will definitely use again and recommend them very highly.

Excellent service!

Requested to register for info of a concert pre-sale, was provided links to buy and booking process was super simple. Callum was really helpful and followed up with a call to check if I had any questions. Great service and I can’t wait to book more experiences to avoid the general sale ticket wars!

What an outstanding customer service experience! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel from the US to England to see my beloved Everton Toffees play in Liverpool.
