I have been forced to abandon this…
I have been forced to abandon this company, having lost hundreds, and I mean HUNDREDS of pounds with no come back. I’m an online seller and have been using them for over three years. I have spent thousands of pounds with them and only God knows how much I have lost. Let me tell you why. You place an order and you receive a confirmation. Then your items will be delivered, but not necessarily at the same time because Secret Sales are a drop ship company. So in effect, you can place an order with them and they then send the order to say, ASOS, who don’t have it in stock. Here comes the issue, you don’t get any notification it’s not in stock. You just receive a partial order, or no order and no refund!!!!!!!! You then have to chase Secret Sales who don’t reply. Your orders are really unclear on their order page and simply state ‘SHIPPED’. I still have one Order pending from November 2024!!!!!! It’s impossible to track and keep up with missing items as your parcels arrive with no delivery notes. I currently have two entire orders not fulfilled from beginning December and no response from customer service team. I’ve returned what I can, at my expense and will be returning anything I may (or probably will not) receive if it arrives as I’ve truly had enough as losing my money with absolutely no discourse. Secret Sales sort yourselves out. You are seriously losing business. From a highly successful Online seller who won’t touch your site with a barge pole until you have scrutinized every single order I’ve placed and actually checked off that it has actually been delivered to my home address
CHECK OUT THE REPLY FROM SECRET SALES!!!!! Honestly, it’s diabolical. They’ve completely twisted one of the hundreds of emails I sent them trying to locate missing items!!!!!!!! YOU ARE A DISGRACE! SMELL THE COFFEE AND LOOK AT YOUR ONE STAR REVIEWS.

Regarding your orders, the email thread you have with us has been answered in full. We have provided tracking information for the items that were delivered and informed you of the two items that could not be sent due to stock issues with the seller. If you require further assistance, please reply in the existing thread so we can help where possible.
We are unable to comment on losses you may have incurred from reselling, as items that are not sent are always refunded. Sadly, it is not within our control if you sold items on your own website before they were in your possession.

The tracking, which you had access to from the date the order was shipped, shows the parcel was delivered to your address on November 14th.
The claim of non-receipt was not raised with our team until December 1st which is over 2 weeks after the parcel was delivered and outside of the time frame for the seller to open an investigation with the courier.
We have not received any of the evidence you have mentioned which would allow us to consider a claim.
We're sorry this won't be the outcome you were hoping for.

I ordered an item & on December 3rd
I ordered an item & on December 3rd, had email saying in was undeliverable(I was in) it stated it would be delivered the following day but a week later- no parcel? Contacted Secret Sales by email, messenger, finally got a message on messenger but fobbed off saying they’d look into it, refused a refund even tho I told them they’re responsible & I’ve ordered from another site now as I couldnt wait that long!!

Having made an order nothing received
Having made an order, nothing received after nearly 10 days (despite delivery window showing 3-5 days).
The only communication was on the day of the order; the "tracking" shows nothing since the day of order; and the website offers no direct way of communication.
Based upon my experience to date, steer well clear!

My first order with them and the parcel…
My first order with them and the parcel was never delivered (apparently the parcel shop wouldn’t accept it?). So it was returned to them, they have refunded me but still charged me for the postage! I still want the item but it’s now out of stock and they say they can’t resend the one that was returned to them, so now I have no item and it’s cost me postage! Not impressed!

Opgelicht?
Mijn order werd ineens geannuleerd, met als reden dat het artikel niet meer beschikbaar is. Als ik kijk op de website van de "vertrouwde verkoper" zie ik dat de tas daar nog wel wordt aangeboden, alleen voor een duurdere prijs dan op Secret Sales is vermeld. Inmiddels (nog geen 24 uur later) staat de tas zelf ook weer op Secret Sales, alleen is de prijs flink verhoogd. Waarschijnlijk een fout gemaakt in de prijsvermelding en toen ze erachter kwamen mijn al bestelde artikel geannuleerd met als reden: artikel niet meer beschikbaar. Dit is een aanname, maar kijkend naar de feiten kan ik niet anders dan de conclusie trekken dat dit bedrijf niet betrouwbaar is.
In veel van onderstaande reacties van dit bedrijf op geschreven reviews van andere consumenten wordt er ook elke keer van het kastje naar de muur gewezen. Er wordt gezegd dat zij niets kunnen doen bij bestellingen van Secret Sales UK, of de V&D (dat is overgenomen door Secret Sales). Mijn bestelling is gedaan bij secretsales.nl maar de annulering kwam uit de UK, dus persoonlijk krijg ik het gevoel dat het niet uitmaakt waar je hebt besteld, de klantenservice, in hoeverre je dit service kunt noemen, is 1 en dezelfde.
Mijn vertrouwen is weg, dit was de eerste en laatste keer Secret Sales voor mij.

Helaas hebben we als marktplaats geen toegang tot voorraad, dus zijn we afhankelijk van de verkopers om hun voorraad up-to-date te houden.
Als de verkoper de reden 'niet op voorraad' heeft opgegeven, is dit de enige informatie die we met je kunnen delen.
Voor de duidelijkheid: we beweren niet dat we mensen die via een andere website hebben gekocht niet kunnen helpen, maar we vragen hen wel om ervoor te zorgen dat hun review op het juiste platform staat.
Onze oprechte excuses nogmaals.

Returns are a nightmare
I have tried to return an order (M004480825-a-A). It tells me the label failed to download (I have paid £4 which has been debited from my account). It says to contact customer service if this happens, I have done so 3 times in 72 hours. Still no response. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
Also, as a side note, if you are returning to different sellers, you get a voucher code to negate the £4 charge multiple times. Great, until you get to the shop and the QR code on these labels are invalid.
Returns are a nightmare and you can’t speak to anyone. This is such a shame because the clothes are great and a bargain but I just don’t feel confident in the returns process at all!!!!

Complaints and missing orders ignored
Fed up with this company started off fine items paid for not sent when you complain emails from company when you answe questions ,they end with will speak to company azure then you hear nothing and recent order £171 pounds but receipt said over £200, when checked items a jumper on thier size small uh I wish, but thought it might do for daughter but hey it hasn't arrived,and won't be ordering again,I'll stick to proper companys

Terrible company
Terrible company. I have proof of correct address payment receipt email. The reseller has made wrong adress .I t will never get to me.ive explained but secret scammers are not listening. Customer service bad.they will not assist me basically saying eff off you've list your money. They're scammers. Scum

The courier attempted delivery but couldn't so the parcel has been returned to the sender, a refund has been issued.

Keine Unterstützung bei nicht gelieferter Ware
Leider gibt es bei nicht gelieferten Waren keine Unterstützung oder Information durch das Unternehmen- sondern eine Hinhaltetaktik. Ob es einen refund geben wird? Tatsächlich werde ich unseren Rechtsanwalt informieren- und sicherlich nie mehr etwas bei secret Sales kaufen.

Suntan lotion in October
I ordered an anti aging festive mystery box,mid october. It arrived, 5 items, one of which was a suntan lotion- at what point would you need a bloody suntan lotion in the UK in October for the festive season. So 1/5 of the box is going in the bin as they won't replace or allow returns of any mystery box. And I wouldnt mind if it had been a make up product that I just didnt like, thats what you get in a mystery box, but a bloody suntan lotion in October ffs. Won't even bother buying anything from them again

While we completely understand your frustration, all items included are genuine beauty products selected by the seller and many, such as sun protection, are suitable for year round use. Most sunscreens also remain effective for up to 12 months after opening, so they certainly don’t need to go to waste.
Just to clarify, mystery boxes can be returned as long as all items are unopened and sent back together.
We’ll pass your feedback to the seller so they can consider the seasonal relevance of future selections.
