Avoid this site,!!! missing order that was placed 29th August, been chasing it up with customer services and the last three emails l've sent have been totally ignored, so terrible customer service, they say they reply within 24hours!! That's a joke!
Clearly the item is not going to arrive and is no longer even available on there site!
Would just like a refund, how hard can that be?

Geen reactie en geen geld terug op retourzending
Na drie weken niets vernomen van mijn retourzending, terwijl de zending wel ontvangen is. Vervolgens geen reactie vanuit de klantenservice op wanneer het geld retour gestort wordt.

In these situations, we must first obtain the seller’s approval before arranging a return - this is why we initially requested photographs and raised the matter directly. Once confirmation was received, we were able to provide you with a free return so the seller can inspect the trainers and resolve the issue for you.

We zien dat u dit pas onlangs bij ons heeft gemeld. We hebben u direct laten weten dat de bestelling snel is verzonden, maar omdat de tracking geen updates bevatte, moesten we dit met de verkoper bespreken.
We hebben vervolgens bevestigd dat de verkoper helaas heeft bevestigd dat het pakket tijdens het transport verloren is gegaan. We hebben daarom een terugbetaling voor u verwerkt.

I treated myself to perfume. I got to ring the bell at Beatson Glasgow. It was a long journey & now check up fir life!
Paid over £90 from my pension.
1. Jc the bottle at £22 would fit on a doll's house dressing table
2. ANGEL Perfume my favourite. Last BT just about finished so I ordered refil. From my own bottle a love blue hue colour. SECRET SALES a green hue. No succulent smell of chocolate or subtle flowery sent. I sent repeated mail. The email address was a mail demon. So I got nowhere. Contact Us they said. Virtual called BOLT. Question how do I offically complain. Bolt your order was sent. Yes I know that. Again how do I complain. Order paid for and arrived at your address. I gave up.
Please stay away from this site. It is full of errors. No contact and a human may msg me if there is time.
I regret this transaction tion. As the only place for perfume is the trash bin. So my experience was not good and still furious of what I got. I will let traidng standards know and they will test green water in angel bottle. It has been a nightmare and never again will I purchase. So if anyone reads trust pilot reviews. All over the place BTW. DO NOT BUY. I have told the truth here and it has had a negative anxiety provoking intrusion on me. Not good if you have all the symptoms of the aftermath of cancer. This site ruined me. So for thinking you save some money. It is a con. Hence 1 star. Please avoid this site at all costs. This is a true statement of how they work. A total con all round. Send an e mail bounces back mail demon. They take your money for FAKE goods. I actually had shown lady in boots Angel bottle. She was perplexed as to this not ANGEL or refillable!

Dress-for-less.nl rebranding to hide bad reputation?
Absolutely disgraceful experience. I returned a pair of shoes, but the store never even bothered to pick up the package, so it got sent back to me.
I filed a complaint through the Dress-for-less.nl website, clearly outlining their mishandling—but got no response whatsoever, and of course, no refund.
Now the Dress-for-less.nl website has conveniently vanished, and my complaint has mysteriously disappeared from SecretSales too—even though both are part of the same company, Lifestyle Retail Group.
Looks like they’re hiding behind rebranding and corporate reshuffling to ditch responsibility and silence complaints.
Avoid these companies at all costs. They take your money, ignore your claims, and disappear when it suits them.
