Slow transaction, but worth the wait
I had to pay for shipping and ended up needing to return a size and order a new one - so that added to the expense. It also took some time to hear back from customer service, however, given the significant time change, I give them grace for that. Otherwise, their website includes a beautiful curation of clothes, and I will probably be coming back to it for more special occasion pieces in the future

Gift for a friend was a success
I had a great experience with Seezona’s costumers support team. I ordered a new bag for my friend’s birthday, however, the bag did not arrive even though I had received a message of its arrival. I informed Seezona then on this issue and after one day I got a response about my package and received it soon after.
Nevertheless the misunderstanding of my delivery, the bag arrived in great quality and my friend really loved it.

As of right now
As of right now, no one has answered my 3 emails regarding a return label for a dress I need to return with 14 days for a partial refund. Your clothes are beautiful but the fact that you do not offer exchanges is awful. If you want the return with 14 days, either answer your emails or send a return label with your package like other companies do.
