STAY AWAY FROM SEEZONA
on 5/10 I reached out to Seezona support regarding a $400 dress I received that unfortunately did not fulfill what it appeared to be online. I received a fairly prompt response stating they'd be happy to exchange or refund me, I opted for a refund. Notably, you have a limited return period in which items will be accepted so I was sure to disclose that i'd be leaving for travel in a week and hoped to have this closed out within that timeframe. Here we are on 5/15, and i've received nothing but BS excuses about why they cannot provide me with a return label to date. I went as far as contacting the Brand that made the dress and had a disconcerting experience (Andreeva). I can't imagine why something this would even be possible considering how fraudulent it is to deny consumers the fair opportunity to exchange or return goods per established policies. I'd rather order a bag of dirt to wear than order from companies like SEEZONA that do not value the customer experience and their money being spent! If you enjoy pleasant shipping experiences and customer focused service, STAY AWAY from this site. Shopping experiences should not be clouded by undue stress brought on from obtuse company practices. I intend to pursue this issue until its made right. Shame on you Seezona, there's nothing high end about this experience!

Worst experience ever with a retailer
Worst experience ever with a retailer. No clear transparency on the website regarding the shipping system they have, unless you investigate it yourself within the terms & conditions section. The only thing they flag at checkout visibly is the €15 shipping fee. They don't ship from a centralised warehouse but from each brand independently. I had to pay €350 for customs with DHL. THIS IS A CRAZY AMOUNT I never had to pay even from items shipped from US. And the item was too small so now I have to pay for the return myself. I will never order from this website again. Absolute horrible service.

We support sustainable fashion and have therefore implemented a drop-shipping system to reduce CO2 emissions. This allows us to display products from a wide range of emerging designers internationally, without importing all items into one warehouse. Instead, every brand sends its pieces directly to our customers. As you indeed mention in your review, you can find all information about our shipping, including taxes and duties, in our Terms and Conditions under "Payment & Delivery". We also specify at check-out and in the order confirmation email from which country each product is shipped from and that shipping and taxes might be due upon delivery. We are very sorry if the information was not clear enough and we are taking your feedback to heart. At this stage we cannot estimate taxes and duties at checkout, however, this is something we are working on to improve transparency and communication with customers. This new feature should be available in the close future.
We strive to provide a great experience to all our customers and we are devastated when we fall short. We appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion and are making adjustments to improve the mentioned shortcomings.

Do not trust this site
Do not trust this site, they split parcels in two and dhl falsely planted a signature on a package I never received. Rather than them to open a dhl claim and proceed with reshipment or refund they stopped replying my emails! It’s now 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from the company after claiming they initiated a dhl claim, dhl informed me that this never occurred. Incompetent and untrustworthy reps!

Should be avoided if you live in the UK. Was charged a new customs fee of 51 GBP. I had to refuse this as I was not made aware of this, in case it didn't fit and I had to return it, I would have been charged 51£ plus returns fee. Instead they deducted 20EUR from my refund with a rude reply. I know we can thank Boris for this however, a little kindness and understanding would have been appreciated.
