Was supposed to be delivered within 7 days of placing my order. I placed the order over 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Their customer service told me it would ship this week, and it still has yet to ship. They have no idea what they’re doing which is completely unacceptable for selling luxury items.

Criminal to not reimburse duty costs…

Criminal to not reimburse duty costs and in addition charge 30 for a refund. No international clothing delivery company fails to reimburse the duty cost, it’s stealing money. Never shopping here again. To your response : then why do you charge the import and duty cost leaving me with no way to claim
It back? Then your prices should be ex import and duty cost and l should have to pay that before the item gets released by customs. If I then choose to return the item I can claim back the import and duty cost.

Missed the delivery date and don't provide any update on it

I ordered an item on the 24th of November. I received a mail that everything should be delivered by the 4th of December. However, nothing was even dispatched. The state of order is unknown. The support promised to respond within 24 hours a few days ago.
It was a very scammy experience overall - this company should not be trusted!

Poor customer service and no Idea where my dress is!

I ordered a (Janis - Strapless Sequin Dress With Feathers, order# KPBLK) to my surprise, a day later the price went up. I thought lucky me but no! I received a tracking number but no activities since I placed the order 5th and, the worst thing is no one answered my email and my Engagement dinner party is in a week. Will the order be shipped in time? An answer would be great. Thank you

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. They are thieves. I made an order over 3 months ago, it never arrived in the time they promised. Instead of accepting the collection I arranged a direct return and they have still not sent me a refund, nor are responding to my emails. 3 months, £200, no product ever arrived, no refund or apology ever received.

What’s worse, when I tried to review on their social media they removed my comments! That is supposed to be a place of freedom and speech. Everything written was based on facts that can be proven if needed. Fraudulent behaviour.

So so unfair. Worst service I have ever received.

Bought 2 Baobab dresses

Bought 2 Baobab dresses. Had to pay customs from Colombia without being previously advised. Ended up paying more than 300£ for a dress that would cost 200£ in Europe. 1 was ruined after 45 minutes because of the terrible quality and the company doesn’t take responsibility. Absolutely disgraceful service. Please be aware!!!

Purchased Mietis Purse, Was Shipped Promptly!

Wasn't sure about the site since there aren't many reviews but I took a chance and bought a purse since it was priced significantly less than at the main site. Was shipped through DHL requiring a signature and fairly fast getting to the US, in about a week. The main box for the purse was beautiful but didn't come with any significant padding, you can feel and hear the items moving around in actual package before I even opened anything. However, everything came in good condition, no marks or anything. Site feels like a good source for inspiration to browse as well.

AVOID - high end fashion with poor customer service

Company specialising in designer high end products with terrible customer service and misinformation. Bought a dress from Milla designer. worth £500+. On website said 3-5 days shipment and yet 2.5 weeks later still no dress in site. They have provided very minimal assistance with the whole process. The dress apparently comes from Kiev, where it is manufactured, so I am sure Seezona could pop on the website that the delivery dates are likely to be longer and let customers know this is the case. So if you are after high end company supplying high end fashion clothing, look elsewhere. And watch out for the returns, not all items can be return and those that are, aren't free either!
