This has to be a joke I’m reviewing a product that wasn’t even shipped out to me? Don’t order from this site, I think it’s fraud. Sent me a tracking number on May 8th saying the order has been shipped and delivered May 13 -15th. They just created a label on the 8th, don’t order from this site - brb to go fight odd fraud

I never received a follow up email

I have yet to receive my dress that I ordered a week ago! I haven’t received an email of any updates. I have to use the dress for my rehearsal dinner that is a week away and I’m worried I’m not to receive it in time.

Ulrika is the best.

I ordered a dress about a month ago for my prom and from the start there had been issues with the delivery of my package. I became very stressed and I reached out many times over email and I didn’t have anyone getting back to me. I finally chose to DM seezona on Instagram and to my delight, a woman named Ulrika got back to me and did absolutely everything she could to help me get this package on time for my prom. She even changed the carriers of the shipping company and stayed in touch with them numerous times and reached out to everyone she possibly could to make this happen for me. She aided me though my frustration and assured me she was doing everything possible. She was right, this all worked out and it’s all thanks to her. She is a diamond in the rough of all of this and she could not be more understanding and helpful. This experience was rough and stressful but SHE earned the 5 star review turning this entire experience around. I couldn’t thank her enough and Seezona is so lucky to have her!!! Give my girl a raise!!!

Unable to Return Stained & Broken $400 Dress

I purchased a $430 Balykina dress from the Seezona website on 4/26/24. I received the item with a broken zipper and a stain on the front. I immediately sent an email to Seezona customer support (photos included) to let them know that the item I received was defective.

After no response for 3 days, I sent a follow up email. Alexander at customer service responded with this, "Given the situation, we'd be happy to offer you a 15% refund on the total price you paid for the dress (54.60 USD). This can help cover the cost of getting the zipper fixed locally. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can also offer you a 15% discount on your next order with us."

I am frustrated, disappointed, and feel complete taken advantage of. This is not a high-end experience. There is a reason this company has so many 1 star reviews.

No replies from the company

I have been reaching out to this company for a week asking for return labels (their return policy only allows 2 weeks to return the item, and they require you to reach out to them via email to initiate a return). I have not received any response. I have sent 5 emails. Nothing. This seems like a fraudulent company.

I didn’t realize this BEAUTIFUL long…

I didn’t realize this BEAUTIFUL long coat (ordered a “trench coat”) is more a Winter heavy coat. I am a US size 6 shoulder/chest. I ordered a Small. It fits perfectly EXCEPT the sleeves are VERY LONG. The sleeves are being tailored. The shipping was lovely inside, and the timely fashion it shipped was appreciated! Thank you.
