Purchasing Experience
Purchasing Experience: Unlike other reviewers, I faced a frustrating checkout process. I was bombarded with constant upsells, which ultimately caused me to abandon my cart.
Surprisingly, Seranova processed the order and charged me anyway. I do appreciate that they provide a customer service phone number so I can speak to a human, which is a rare feature among online vendors. However, looking up the number led me to a high volume of concerning complaints on the Better Business Bureau. I will be researching these issues thoroughly before opening the product, though I may still utilize their 3-month trial period.
Feedback for Seranova: Please significantly reduce or eliminate aggressive upsells, and make your marketing videos advanceable and rewindable for the viewer.

Outstanding customer support from Paula
I can’t speak highly enough of Paula from Seranova’s customer support team. My tracking link still showed my order as “being prepared,” so I reached out for an update. Paula looked into it and found that the package had actually been marked as delivered more than three weeks earlier. When it couldn’t be found anywhere in my building, she arranged for a replacement to be sent to me free of charge.
She was professional and reassuring throughout, and she replied quickly to every message I sent. What could have been a really frustrating situation was resolved smoothly and with real care. Thank you, Paula. You’re a credit to the Seranova team!

I have done three treatments so far, can´t see any difference at this point. Easy shipping, but as the other reviewers in here, I am tired of the pushing from the company to buy other products - both on the check-out and in mail. If you do research on these, they are not necessary. Right now, I am waiting to see if any results come at all when then three months starting period is over, or if this is another snake-oil product with agressive marketing.
