They put you on a subscription without you knowing
They sent a second order without requesting it and I did not have a subscription (under manage subscriptions it said I had none). When I emailed to cancel after I was advised they mailed a second batch I was told I could get a refund of about 1/3 of the price or I could mail it back at my own expense but they won't tell me ahead of time where that would be so it could easily be overseas and cost a large amount to return it. Very shady. Also, I never saw any improvement with the first order.

Impressive results
I am truly impressed with the results of my use of this product over the past three months. I’m not usually impressed by products easily, but I can see significant difference in my skin wrinkles tightness etc. It’s looking better and I have good skin. You know people comment on it, but I also wear sunscreen every day so I take care of my skin, but there is an improvement with this product. I would recommend it and I have bought it repeatedly. I think five or six times I even bought the cream. The only thing I don’t relish is the fact that after every time I purchase, I get a phone call from customer service unnecessarily so and wasting my time that irritates me so I told him not to do it anymore and as of the last time I purchased, they didn’t do it so I’m grateful for that.

I just completed my 5th treatment and…
I just completed my 5th treatment and I’m loving the results. I look forward to each fortnight rolling around so I can add to the already noticeable changes. I have had friends comment how great my skin looks, plumped and fresh. I also just used my first collagen mask, apart from my cat keeping away from me, I loved it! The cooling effect was great, I could feel it soaking into my skin. I’ve also purchased the micro infusion patches, haven’t tried yet, but this will become part of my regular routine between treatments. I’m a huge fan!
