Ordered a mirror and the process was very smooth, notified of every step of my order would definitely use this company again with no hesitation.

Very happy with my purchase. Goods were held up by the carrier (nothing to do with Shabby.co.uk) ! but when I asked them for assistance this was done immediately and resolved. I would have no hesitation to use again in the future.

I ordered 2 x items Only one arrived, and it wasn't in fact either of the items I had ordered. I spoke to Stewart from Shabby, who suspected I may have received the wrong order, but at that point nobody else had contacted him. However, I like the item I received, so have kept it, and they posted me the second one without any argument, which arrived safely today. Very pleased with their service, and the items look fabulous. Would highly recommend

I have chased it with you and have been told it’s being del by a specia courier .

I have not received my order from October and absolutely no update available. I can’t find a phone number to call them either…. I am hoping I have missed an email response but I can’t see one! Why isn’t there a contact number… ?

The table that was delivered was not the same as the picture it was shown as a light oak but in reality it was dark oak.
I tried to return but there is nowhere to return to?

Do not buy from this company! They take your money and don’t deliver the goods that you’ve paid for. Furthermore, they don’t reply to emails.

I ordered some ochre velvet cushions. They arrived very quickly and are of excellent quality and look great on my sofa. Really pleased with them and the service from this company. Will definitely use them again.
