Terrible customer service and misleading company

I bought the new s26 ultra and saw that this powerbank has the features that will support 25w charging. I double checked with the sharge team by sending them an email if it will charge my phone and they said it will so I bought two. However, when I received the product I found out this it is not compatible and I used 4 or 5 different cases to try and make it work including Samsung's own official case. None of those worked and I contacted the sharge team on the 2nd of April and after 16 days they have still not resolved the issue and they take a very long time to respond back as well.
They suggested I use a different phone to test the powerbank which in itself is ridiculous and unreasonable to say because I bought it for a specific phone and where on earth am I going to get another phone from? It makes no sense and I was baffled that they even suggested that.
I sent proof of a series of videos of the powerbank not working as it should and the customer service team came back saying that it looks to be with because of the camera bump which I can actually confirm is not the issue because it still connects flush and even charging it at a different and unorthodox way, where it's completely flush, it still does not work. They offered compensation and I said no because the two products are useless to me and they don't work and I wanted to return. It has been almost 10 days since that email and I still did not receive a response back.
I gave then the benefit of the doubt to respond back and resolve my issue even if it takes a while before I write a review however they just don't respond back or they take a long time therefore it is unacceptable and disgraceful customer service which no one deserves.
I hope this review has helped someone whether they decide to take a gamble when purchasing this product but I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

I tried to submit a review on their website however I cannot see it there anymore so I think they deleted it.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice.

Mein Paket wurde ohne meine Zustimmung einfach vor der Tür abgestellt, obwohl ich keine Abstellgenehmigung erteilt habe und nicht zuhause war. Als ich später zurückkam, war das Paket verschwunden.

Seitdem schreibe ich mit dem Support, aber anstatt das Problem zu lösen, bekomme ich immer wieder neue Standardantworten, ohne dass auf die vorherigen Nachrichten eingegangen wird. Inzwischen ist es bereits die fünfte E-Mail zum selben Thema.

Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen oder eine schnelle Lösung anzubieten, wird alles auf den Versanddienstleister geschoben.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich kann den Shop aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservices leider nicht empfehlen.

Overall it seems like a scam... American company and then dispatched from China. They have not responded to my emails. Wouldn't recommend and would advise everyone else to avoid.

Experience was bad to good

Initially, my experience with Sharge went from mediocre to bad. The biggest thing that made me feel that way is the lack of options for customer support. The only way to get any type of support is by email and with that, they take 48 to 72 hours to respond. I did some research and I'm not the only one with that problem so someone suggested that I can contact them through Discord. I did that and it was then, an agent named Jenessa was the one that pretty much convinced me not to cancel my order. In the 10 mins I chatted with Jenessa, she resolved my questions and concerns. Plus! She told me she would update me every step of the way for my order until I received it and to my surprise, she kept her word.
Whoever Jenessa's supervisor is and you're reading this, give her a promotion, a raise, have her write a training manual of how customer service should be for the company because she deserves that recognition.

Awesome products and great support🙌🏻

Awesome products, very kind and helpful support team. I got flow 2 mini and pouch and they work great. I also bought ice mag 3 but it had problem in shipment. When i contacted support team they were very warm, helpful and immidiately arranged new ice mag 3 on my way. I wish every support teams were like them🙌🏻

Absolutely disgraceful company don't…

Absolutely disgraceful company don't get me wrong their products do look really good however the customer service is literally non existent so it's a gamble if you buy off them because if you do receive your product then lucky you but if you don't your gonna have one hell of a hard time trying to get the matter resolved 2 weeks in and not a single response from them next step chargeback on my card to get my money back but it shouldn't come to that look at the other reviews aswell it shouldn't tell you what type of company they really are

Extremely slow delivery

Extremely slow delivery. Made 2 purchases and delivery are beyond what was guided in the FAQ, shipments almost always got held up in China for at least a week

Ho contattato subito l’assistenza, dopo alcune ore ho ricevuto la risposta e mi hanno aiutato, mandandomene un altro di powerbank.
Super gentili e disponibili per ogni problema…
Consiglio molto questo brand per chi vuole dei prodotti di qualità e con un design studiato.

Gaslighted by Sharge

So after a long protracted customer services interaction they claimed they were going to replace my faulty product. They sent me a tracking number and nothing ever arrived. As soon as my review changed they then have not replied to 5 emails asking to follow up with the shipping. They have gaslight me to get me to change my review. Bad customer service interaction on a faulty product. These products command a premium price this is not backed up by the quality or customer services. I suggest you use Anker products instead. They might not be as good but they are half the price and they have far superior customer services

Terrible experience. I have enjoyed using their products before but trying to conduct a simple return is an absolute nightmare. Never ending back and forth emails without telling me the return address. Don't buy from this company.

Quality products and Amazing team service

I came across sharge when i saw them featured on linus tech tips.

Initially wanted the larger power bank but i saw the flow mini 2 and it was on sale. It’s genuinely portable and easy to carry around and still packs a lot of power for its size able to charge my mini 13 twice. The convenience of it plugging right into the bottom without a cord makes it so much easier to charge phones while using it. Only issue is that since it plugs directly in, the fulcrum leverage can sometimes destroy the connector.

Contacted the company as it had broke and they honoured the warranty and sent a replacement, not once, but twice. I just needed the conector as it was the main reason i bought the powerbank and the actual powerbank was perfectly fine working with a regular charging cord.

Their customer service was great each time. The team were quick to respond, easy to deal with, and sorted out a replacement promptly. Giving me a tracking number for the parcel and free shipping. Communication was clear the whole way through, which made the process stress-free.

Between the quality of the charger and the way the team handled everything, I’d happily buy from Sharge again and would definitely be keen to pick up more of their products in the future.

Only thing i wish is if they would provide a sale of the individual part since they said they might not replace the part again under warranty and dont actually sell the part itself. The issue wasnt necessarily a quality issue but maybe a design issue, hoepfully to be sorted in the next cycle iteration for the flow mini 3.

Please read if you want to save yourself the hassle

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this company.

I ordered two $99 mystery boxes back in mid-November 2025. What should have been a simple, exciting purchase turned into over two months of stress, chasing updates, and completely inconsistent responses.

First of all, my order didn’t ship for almost two weeks — and nobody told me. I had to contact them myself to find out there was a “processing issue.” No updates, no communication, nothing. That already set the tone.

When the parcel finally arrived over a month later, I had only received four items. I paid nearly $200 for two mystery boxes. The value didn’t match what was advertised, and it definitely didn’t feel like two boxes’ worth of products. There was no explanation included — I had to reach out again just to be told the warehouse “under-shipped.”

From there, it was just endless back-and-forth. One minute they admitted items were missing. Then they offered replacements. Then they changed what they were offering. Then they said what I already received plus a few extra bits somehow equals two mystery boxes. Then they added one extra cable as “compensation.” Later on, they suddenly offered a complimentary gift — something I had asked about much earlier and been refused.

The story kept changing. Every response felt like it was written without any awareness of the previous email. It honestly felt like nobody knew what was going on internally.

After all that, I asked for a full refund. The items were unopened. Their response? I would have to ship everything back to China at my own expense because they don’t have a UK warehouse and their “system” doesn’t allow them to refund beyond what was paid.

So let me get this straight — they delay shipping, under-ship the order, fail to communicate properly, change their solution multiple times, and I’m the one who has to pay international shipping just to get my money back?

At no point did I feel reassured. At no point did they take real accountability. It was just apologies, shifting offers, and hoping I would settle for less.

What should have been a fun purchase for me and my brother turned into months of frustration. I genuinely regret ordering from them.

If this is how they handle a basic $200 order, I would seriously think twice before buying anything — especially something as vague as a “mystery” box.

Absolutely exhausting experience.

Order not delivered for more then 10 days

It's my first time ordering with sharge, might be their products are good as online reviews says but their customer support is so much pathetic I can't say in words.

It's been more then 10 days I have sent multiple emails to their support and they aren't replying back.

I didn't even got my order yet and that's the main concern.

Sharge.com if you are reading this, reply mr back otherwise I will raise a fraud case about you and get refunded for my payment. Thank you 😊

J’ai acheter mon chargeur Sharge ICEMAG en Novembre 2024 , a ce jour ma batterie est gonflé et recharge pendant 15 minutes maximum mon iPhone et la batterie et vide .
J’ai envoyé un message à sharge.com via mon compte un message pour avertir de mon problème , mais pas de réponse à ce jour .

Issue resolved after initial frustration

I’m updating my review to reflect how this was ultimately resolved.

I originally left a 1-star review after being told to stop using my $199 Shargeek Storm2 Slim due to an internal hardware issue. The device was almost three years old, so I understand that it was outside the 12-month warranty and technically did not qualify for a replacement.

However, considering the price and the fact that the power bank had been carefully used and was still in excellent external condition, it was disappointing to see it fail due to an internal issue with no solution initially offered. For a premium product at that price point, I had hoped for a bit more flexibility. That was the reason for my negative review at the time.

After further communication, SHARGE extended the warranty and offered a replacement. I’ve now received a brand-new Shargeek 140, and I genuinely appreciate that the company reconsidered my case and chose to stand behind their product.

The process could have been smoother from the beginning, but in the end they handled it responsibly. I’d also like to thank the support team for taking the time to review my case and work toward a fair solution.

Absolutely the worse battery bakers…

Absolutely the worse battery bakers you'll ever buy l. Looks cool, and quality looks good from the outside but inside its useless. I've bought atheist 3 of them and one is a limited edition from a handheld gaming before and at first I like it. It does what it's meant for. Fast charging. Can charge your handheld gaming aswell if needed. But after my first shage didnt last even a year, I tried another and only lasted less than 6 months but because I bought it and didnt use until my first one broke, the warranty is finished. So they refuse to fix it. And now the last piece of trash sharge I got left just doesnt charge and only been used twice. Its a Chinese product, which they focus on the looks, the packaging more than the quality.
