The Sharge Pouch is great!

I've wanted a Sharge power bank for quite a while (the company name was Shargeek when I discovered them). A year and a half ago I chose to give their Pouch a try, which is actually a collaboration with One Plus. I couldn't be happier with that choice.

I'm a home health caregiver/community support aid working with developmentally disabled adults. This job demands flexibility in what I'm doing and where I'm doing it. This small device means I'm never concerned with being able to communicate with coworkers or supervisors.

The Pouch immediately replaced two other power banks that I had been using, because it's so convenient. It's a compact 10,000mAh power bank pushing up to 40W. A silicone cable clips into the housing securely, but is NOT built in (I don't want a broken plug to wreck an entire power bank), and a 40W wall charger snaps onto the bottom with secure (very directional) magnets. Neither of these attachments has detached without my assistance. Other than the attachments it has no "bells and whistles," making it very simple. Its fit and finish is excellent, and its rounded shape feels good in the hand, and it's easy to carry with my phone.

I enjoy the freedom and ease of use so much that I just bought Pouches for my 3 teammates, since they make my job much easier and I wanted them to never feel the panic of being tasked with something and seeing that their phone's at 15%.

I highly recommend these power bank/charger combos for keeping a phone charged all day, and if you can park the bank somewhere to top off, I'm pretty sure it'd keep 2 phones going.

Sharge really stood by their product and their brand.

When my Shargeek 100 developed a fault, I reached out to their support team. Although the issue took some discussion to work through, Sharge listened, reviewed the case properly, and made things right.

This experience showed me that Sharge genuinely cares about long-term customer satisfaction, not just initial sales. The design, build quality, and innovation behind their products are impressive, and it’s reassuring to know their customer service ultimately matches that standard.

Very happy with the resolution and confident recommending Sharge to others.

Customer for life!

Great products and after several emails back and forth the customer service department was able to extend my warranty on an old device and send me a replacement after I paid for shipping. I was very grateful not I can continue in my studies with a new reliable device

Return service is tricky, products are ok.

They have well designed, mildly sturdy products. The customer service is a bit all over.

They won't directly accept a return if the package has been opened. Fortunately mine was unopened and sealed. However, they do they ask to cover the shipping fees back to their warehouse. This would be from the UK back to China. I ended up re-selling the product privately to save time and costs.

I had a second order and they didn't tell me my product was out of stock until I checked in with them 3 weeks later. Only for them to offer me an alternative colour I don't want.

They also consistently respond within 1-3 working days even if you reply to the email straight away.

The retractable charger 65 is nice?

I originally wrote this review to report that the charger I had received came with a cable that broke shortly after use. The company reached out to me promptly and sent me a replacement at no cost, which arrived in about a week.
The new unit works perfectly, and I can clearly notice a significant improvement in the cable’s quality compared to the first one.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and appreciate the company’s quick and professional support

Great Product - But not a great experience.

First things first - received the Shargeek 170 today and it’s an absolute beast of a powerbank. Great design and the screen is superb.
But at ordering stage would not allow me to ‘untick’ the Tote bag (despite multiple tries) which was automatically added to my basket. So just went with it and paid for that also.
The tote bag is cool but not something I was intending to buy.
Next thing was the delivery… I am based in the UK and the courier was EVRI.
For those in the UK, you’ll know that EVRI are useless and this delivery was no different - they lost the parcel for a week and all I got was AI bot responses - really poor. Then suddenly it arrived today (1 day before I go on holiday) which was the main reason for buying.
So the product itself seems great so far but the ‘experience’ was definitely not great!

they don't return the money

Hi! I really wanted to get the full SHARGE kit: a power bank, solar panel, 100W charger, and more. But my country's post office wouldn't accept the device with its non-removable battery. I returned it. Unfortunately, they didn't confirm receipt of the package. I wrote to the post office and spent eight months communicating with them! They assured me that the package had been delivered. I've been waiting for my money for 2.5 years now, exchanging tons of emails with SHARGE.

Order cancellation after dispatch notification

I ordered some products from their website at a special IFA deal. My order was confirmed and I received a notification that it is on the way.
Since I didn't receive the products I contacted customer service and I was only then informed that the IFA special deal is over and they can't sell at that price anymore... I was refunded and given a 15% discount code to reorder at a higher price.

I don't like that behaviour.

Great products but lifespan is questionable!

In general their products are insane good and cool. I have multiple products and I just love them.
Now after 14/15 months both type C-Ports of my shargeek 170 just died. The support answer is a 20$ coupon because the 1-year warranty is over. For a nearly 200$ powerbank that’s not even close to acceptable. A powerful powerbank and expensive powerbank is worth it and an investment but not if the life span is a bit more than a year. Taking in consideration that the support just offers 20$ and no repairs….

Bought IceMag powerbank

Bought IceMag powerbank. After 8 months of using it. I have notice that the battery side of the powerbank is slightly swollen. Tried to communicate with Sharge official website for warranty claim but no reply. Tried communicating with Local Seller also no reply. Interesting and innovative product but customer service is bad. Now Im left with a swollen powerbank that is not safe to use.

Slow Customer service but Good Products

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sharge. I paid $46.36 for an item that never arrived, and after waiting almost a month, I was told to go through a warranty claim process instead of simply being provided the product. To make things worse, the refund amount they approved was only $40.37, leaving me at a loss of nearly $6 for absolutely no fault of mine.

What’s even more frustrating is that I never received a clear answer from Sharge about whether the item was actually sent to Ireland in the first place. Bpost claims they never delivered it, An Post confirmed they never received it, yet Sharge insists on diverting me in circles without giving any accountability. They even gave me a logistics phone number that turned out to be An Post’s general line, which made no sense at all.

The entire process has been a complete waste of time, energy, and money. Instead of helping their customer, Sharge pushed me to chase refunds and left me with unanswered questions. Their after-sales service is terrible and their customer support feels like they just want you to give up.

This experience caused me stress and frustration, and I would strongly advise anyone considering Sharge to stay away. If you value your money and your peace of mind, do not buy from this company.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me promptly and offered the replacement for lost package and they guaranteed that they opened a complaint with the BPost to investigate further. I have received my items today as I ordered and all products are working flawlessly.
Thanks again for their help. Updating my ratings for the product as product is of niche quality

Shipping Issues

Ordered a charger from them. The shipping was not cheap $19 for a small item. After 17 days the only shipping action has been ‘printed label’. Tried contacting them, no response.

Great customer service – fast and reliable

I had an issue with my SHARGE power bank, and the support team handled it brilliantly. They replied quickly, guided me through the process, and sent a replacement without any complications.
The new unit arrived in perfect condition, and I truly appreciated how smooth everything went. It’s rare to see this level of care and efficiency. Very satisfied!

Unique and premium products from passionate people.

As an owner of 6 different Sharge device I can happily say that they are very reliable with a 100% unique design while they provide great solutions rarely seen in other devices*. Customer support is lovely and helpful. They try helping you out no matter what. Until now none of the devices failed under years of use.

Prices are sometimes high, but most of the prices are very reasonable because they use premium materials and magnets to elevate the quality and feel of their products.

*My favorite features:
- Adjustable DC port on Sharge 100.
- Trickle charge (low-current mode) in Sharge Flow.
- Tool free SSD adapters which use premium materials and magnets to elevate the experience.

Negative points:
- They don't provide repair services for a fee if the product fails by user error. The devices becomes Electronic waste.
- Some of they products are delivered from China using postal services which may complicate the pickup process.

Even with these negative key points I'm giving a rating of 5/5 because I really respect what they try to achieve with passion for their community.
