I purchased a Storm2, unfortunately, my type C in USB was not working just 2 weeks after purchase but long and behold, even though there’s no one to speak to on the phone only via email the Customer Service was to my surprise outstanding they replied instantly and resolved my issue immediately no hassles, and now I am a proud owner of the awesome STORM2, guys tons of different brands of power banks in the market, but hands-down 100%, 3 thumbs up, 5 stars across the board SHARGEEK make the coolest, stylish & professional power banks in the market! I’m a customer for life!!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a power banks over a month and a half ago — still no delivery, and this is within the U.S.! Their customer support is a disaster: they reply to emails once every 10 days (if you’re lucky), and every time it’s some useless excuse with zero progress.

Honestly, you’d be better off buying their products through legit marketplaces or third-party sellers — at least they know how to ship something on time and handle customer issues like professionals. Buying directly from this site? Total regret. Never again.

Nachdem meine erste Lieferung verloren ging, und es war keine kleine Lieferung, hat Sharge nach ausführlichen Recherchen mir eine zweite Sendung verpackt und auf den Weg geschickt. Das alleine ist, angesichts des Preises der Bestellung, ein massives Entgegenkommen des Unternehmens. Der Service während der Abwicklung war sehr professionell und stets höflich und niemals vorwurfsvoll.
Die neue Lieferung kam diesmal an und ich muss gestehen das ich bisher sehr überzeugt bin was die Qualität (Material, Verarbeitung und Leistung) angeht. Ich kann bisher über die von mir bestellten Geräte (ICEMAG2, Shargeek 170 (incl. Solarpanel und Cover), Flow, FlowMini und dem Phantom C zu C Kabel) kein neagtives Wort verlieren. Viele in meinem Umfeld haben mich gewarnt vor Sharge, es sei sogenannter Chinaschrott. Das kann ich definitiv nicht bestätigen.
Ja man kann sicherlich eine Powerbank günstiger beschaffen aber ich muss gestehen wer etwas ästhetisches, innovatives mit ordentlicher Ladeleistung sowie sauberer Verarbeitung mit top Materialien bevorzugt der fährt mit Sharge definitiv richtig. Es lohnt sich auch immer in unregelmäßigen Abständen auf deren Internetseite vorbeizuschauen, hier findet man zu verschiedenen Anlässen immer wieder sehr gute Angebote. Ich persönlich habe die Oster-Angebote genutzt und extrem gespart.

Fazit:
Die Produkte von Sharge sind definitiv eine Erfahrung wert und es werden nicht meine letzten gewesen sein.

Bought a Sharge 170 and got an empty box. Not companies fault. Later they sent me a replacement and refunded me 15$.
It took me a long while to get it, but it is all ok now.

Excellent quality, I bought a ICEMAG2 and flow mini pink for my partner, mine has a full day usage with plenty to spare in the evening, charges quick and has great features (cooling fan whilst on fast charge) highly recommended

Since i was looking for a new power bank for my new iPhone i wanted to try out this company that i kept on seeing on social media since i was already of huge fan of any company and the only time that i decided to switch and test out sharge i ended up ordering a battery pack that lasted almost all day and quickly changed my iPhone under an hour with out making my phone heat up since share became my 2nd favorite i went and bought another MagSafe battery pack and compare my first one from the other company my new MagSafe battery pack was a lot better and charged my phone faster and didn’t overheat like my other brand that stopped working after a few months

I have purchased two different devices, an ICEMAG and one STORM 2. All the devi ed working great. ICEMAG is fantastic, a futuristic design, and good battery. STORM 2 is very good, give a lot of energy, fully compatible with usb devices. The price is absolutely good, I hope that sharge provide new devices in the future. In the future I’ll be interested to purchase the charge solar to charge the powerbank. Great job!!

Sharge is a revolutionary company pushing the boundaries of style and functionality in the world of charging. The chargers I own are useful in their own way with the original Icemag magnetically holding on to my Samsung phone and then the Shargeek 140 keeping my Sansung tablet alive.
Always improving and adapting like with the Icemag2 etc. Great company great products

Sharge Flow Mini is an awesome Power Bank for use with iPhone Pro Max and iPhone 16e - so much we bought a second so we each have our own

Easy to order, great products and they work really well. Have bought multiple battery banks. Love the design.

I love how compact and efficient this charger is. The built-in retractable cable means I don’t have to carry extra wires, and it charges my Steam Deck and laptop without a hitch. A total lifesaver for frequent travelers!

Jenny was very helpfull. I was unlucky to get the faulty unit, but soon after that I received the working one so far. Hopefully it will last me.

Great gadget and small enough to carry around when you need to charge any device

Great products, lots of discounts. Own few and absolutely love every single one. Great design, clever engineering.
Maybe on the pricey side but worth every penny.
Not to mention great customer support.
Only downside is the long shipping time but really worth a wait.

I own multiple sharge ICEMAG powerbanks and an ICEMAG2. Works well and out perform some competitors for "same" capacity powerbanks. I'll stick to SHARGE in future. 👍

Terrible customer service. They kept sending me emails about my order that I have to pick up my order or it will sent back. I see different in the tracking code they provided but they keep spamming me telling me to pick it up. Nothing was wrong with delivery, DHL just delivered it to my home (just what tracking said). After this, I ask about why they do this, and they just tell they want to remind me? Apparently by telling lies about my package and causing unnecessary stress during my holiday (I was on holiday). They don't seem to care either. Never ordering again here.

I bought solar panel for Shargeek 170. In description it says that it gives output 12w and in reality hives 1.8w Max. And they delete reviews from their website.
