The only way you can use this distro is if you want to loose your money. They are the worst distro ever. They will postpone, promise and stress the hell out of you and then come in the end to talk about artificial streaming. They tried reporting my review initially but I sent all evidences to Trustpilot and the review was placed back. Never ever, I repeat never ever use this distro or else you will lose all your royalties.
Fantastic experience from sharpline…
Fantastic experience from sharpline management, got few spots on radio magazine and also got a new organic fanbase who can engage and relate my music.
Jodii Bixx Experience With Sharkline Distro
UPDATED RESPONSE — SHARPLINE DISTRO’S NEW ALLEGATIONS
I am updating this review AGAIN because Sharpline Distro has substantially changed and expanded its response. Their newest version makes serious allegations about me personally that I categorically dispute.
Let me be absolutely clear:
I DID NOT DEMAND A $50,000 ADVANCE FROM SHARPLINE DISTRO.
That was not the point of my original complaint, and I reject their repeated attempt to construct the entire interaction around this allegation.
They claim I demanded $50,000, became hostile when they declined, threatened them, and ultimately “extorted” their company.
I dispute that characterization completely.
If Sharpline genuinely possesses screenshots proving that I made a $50,000 demand or engaged in extortion, they are free to present the complete, unaltered conversation in its proper context rather than simply publishing their interpretation of it.
I ALSO CATEGORICALLY REJECT THE WORD “EXTORTION.”
Sharpline now publicly states:
“We have evidence and screenshots of this artist extorting us.”
That is an extraordinarily serious accusation.
I did not extort Sharpline Distro. I did not threaten them for money. I did not demand payment in exchange for withholding a threat against them.
If they genuinely believe they possess evidence of criminal extortion, they should take that evidence to the appropriate authorities rather than using the accusation as ammunition in a public review dispute.
Publishing an allegation does not transform it into an established fact.
THEN THEY WENT EVEN FURTHER.
Sharpline claims:
“Most distributors and labels we know have told us that that is what he does.”
I categorically deny this characterization.
I have no knowledge of these alleged conversations, who supposedly made these statements, when they allegedly occurred, or what evidence exists to support this claim.
If Sharpline is publicly suggesting that numerous labels and distributors have independently accused me of extortion, they should be prepared to substantiate that statement.
Otherwise, this is an unverified allegation damaging my professional reputation as an independent artist.
THE $50,000 CLAIM WAS NEVER THE POINT.
My criticism concerned my actual experience communicating with Sharpline, how I was treated, and my concerns about the company’s services and practices.
Instead of addressing those concerns directly, their response repeatedly redirects attention toward an alleged $50,000 demand and now attempts to portray me as someone who routinely extorts music companies.
That is not an accurate representation of my experience.
AS FOR WHO BLOCKED WHOM…
Sharpline appears very concerned with establishing who pressed the “block” button first.
Fine.
But whether I blocked them first or they blocked me first does not establish whether the substantive allegations are true.
That detail does not prove the rest of their narrative.
What matters is what was actually said and what actually happened.
AND YES, I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN MY MUSIC.
I am proud of my music, my abilities, my vision and the career I am building.
Sharpline characterizing my confidence as an “attitude problem” does not transform confidence into misconduct.
An artist criticizing a company is not extortion.
A negative review is not extortion.
Disagreement is not extortion.
And believing that you are exceptionally talented is certainly not extortion.
TO PROSPECTIVE ARTISTS:
Read BOTH Sharpline’s response and mine CAREFULLY. Do your own research. Investigate the company’s public reputation and business history. Ask exactly what services you are paying for, who the legal entity providing those services actually is, and what protections you have if a dispute arises.
Keep your contracts, receipts, emails and DMs. Save the complete conversations, not merely screenshots selected to support one side’s narrative.
I am not asking anyone to blindly believe me.
Investigate for yourself.
Sharpline is absolutely entitled to disagree with my review and defend its business.
What I dispute is their decision to present contested allegations about my conduct as established facts.
I dispute the alleged $50,000 demand.
I dispute the allegation of extortion.
I dispute the allegation of threats.
I dispute the allegation that I routinely behave this way toward labels and distributors.
And I dispute their characterization of the underlying communication.
If Sharpline believes otherwise, present the complete evidence and let readers evaluate the actual context for themselves.
Until then, I stand by my review and my account of my experience.
Artist deserve transparency and proper professionalism. Artist deserve to have their reputations accurately when responding

Do not and I repeat do not do business with these guys. Their scammers and liars and I mean the worst kind ever. They tried sending me fake Western Union papers to get my information. Always calling late at night, now everyone knows real businesses don't call people at 12am. Don't waste your time or money trust me. And steer clear of the name Julius Anderson, he claims to work for Union Licensing. Bad Business.

I partnered with sharpline distribution in releasing two singles for my indie artists and the results were very impactful in a wide range. First week of the release my artists songs were pitched into various Spotify playlists which was unbelievable to imagine such an occurrence. I would recommend any label that's struggling upon releases to really collaborate with sharpline distribution.

Great experience working with Sharpline. They have been professional and responsive to my issues. We had SiriusXM radio campaign that was executed very well. As much as we never got massive airplay as I wanted, I got sporadic air play. I didnt believe my releases would ever get air play in my 5 years of making professional music

Our collaboration with Sharpline has been amazing for the past 2 months. They have delivered outstanding marketing results. Got our music placed on radio in the UK and magazines like Clash Magazine. I look forward to exploring their distribution too
TRASH COMPANY
This company is the absolute worst company when it comes to a distribution company. The lies they tell their clients (including me) is absurd. They lied to me about getting on New York Times, clash magazine, La Weekly, Ny Weekly, Notion Magazine, Euphoria Magazine, clout magazine, and The fader. These are all credible sources but they absolutely do not and will not get you on there. They have gotten me (and others) “sync placements” with a company called “union music license company” saying that I got a placement with a game called “Ascend to zero” which did drop July 13th but after further investigation, my song “RUN” certainly was NOT on there. I was told this May 18th, of 2026. Then I was also told I was performing at Essence festival AND music at the intersection festival. I also was told this on May 18th, 2026 by a guy name Michael Harding Jordan. I was told I’d be performing at both festivals and being paid. They will be sued to high hell due to the written forms they sent me and failed to uphold any of this. After getting extremely pissed off I have no more patience for people taking advantage of us small artists. Additionally, they made a website with merch that I don’t have, they also got to blogs that aren’t worth anything those blogs are “ROCKERZ mag, HITS & HYPE, and Radio KISS London 106.5” these blogs and a website that have little to no traffic at all. I’ll give them credit, that they did do those things, but to the ones that matters are what more important, they gave me dates which I have that they said I’d receive these bigger interviews and they never came out. Not to mention, the interviews I did with the links they sent ALL ASKED THE SAME EXACT QUESTION. I wonder if you can upload photos on here because boy oh boy. They told me they started a campaign on Sirius XM and I sat and wait for my song to play. To no shocker it did not play, they gave me the dates to when it’ll play and specifically on the 13th of July is when I told Sharpline that I’m waiting (actively an hour before) for my song to be played. They specifically said “ Keep us posted. Our contact at Sirius XM told us the schedule might be different, I will let you know tomorrow” this was said at 4:35pm EST my song was “scheduled” to play at 5:00EST. So I asked them to show me proof of that and they did not do so. I was also told my songs would be on BBC Radio and amongst others and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. If anyone who is going through this with this wacky company my ig is Jaynetox my rap name is Jayneto please let’s converse about this these people are not to be trusted and they are liars. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.
Please shut this company down they lied…

SharpLine has allegedly failed to…
SharpLine has allegedly failed to ensure the disbursement of duly paid royalties from digital service providers, totaling $112.96 paid for approximately 1,246,320 streams, with an outstanding amount of approximately $6,388.52 unaddressed with $1,154.41 accounted for with royalty statements.
Provided royalty statements report $1,154.41 has been allocated to SharpLine by Digital Service Providers (DSP) and $1,041.45 is owed to Poseidon Holdings for a portion of the unpaid streams.
