I just love my pop up stools. They’re robust yet light enough to carry on a long walk into a concert ( hopefully EP will be on next year!) they fold down flat and pop up in various different heights, perfect for everyone. They’re strong and also bright and colourful. I ordered originally to place (outdoor) in front of my mural as people like to take photos in front of it. It’s perfect for that but for so much more.
I also love my gardening set. What a fantastic addition to anyone’s garden. Tidy & neat, everything one would need in the one place, a strong carry bag with lots of compartments to place everything in. Not only includes tools, but a handy little foldable garden stool also. I’m absolutely delighted with it. Well done to Sheds Direct for sourcing the best and handiest products. It’s no wonder that your company won a prestigious award recently. Order was dealt with so efficiently by Louise and delivery was prompt. Thanks so much to Sheds Direct. I will definitely be back, I’m thinking about the Cottage shed next!

I found the whole experience with Sheds Direct absolutely fantastic. From visiting the showroom and explaining our requirements to Louise right through to purchasing and installation they were brilliant and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered our second water feature, very happy with both. Delivered in 2 days and was so well packaged. Great service and an easy site to work with.

Bought a shed last year, the instructions was abysmal, when structure finally went up, material looked flimsy and weak. When the wind blew it felt like the roof was going to blow off - and some rattle and roar came from that shed. Eventually had to take it down as it was a safety hazard. Very disappointed. Waste of money! (Please don't question why I am only contacting you now - I have valid reasons which I'm not going to discuss with you), the fact is it is inferior material and quality).

Guys arrived this morning to supply and fit our 6x5 shed. This size was perfect for us as we didn't want something too big taking up space. For a few paints / garden tools it's perfect. Took less then an hour to make. The guys even took away the packaging which was excellent. Highly recommend. Best price around we found.

Ordered a Cottage style shed from Sheds Direct Ireland, the two fitters who came were very friendly, they had put the shed together in no time ( glad we didn't have have to fit it 🙈) sales people were so lovely too, would highly recommend these guys , great value great quality Happy with everything, love my new shed 😀

Ordered my 4mx3m shed 2 weeks ago and had it delivered last Tuesday . My 2 sons and I erected it on Saturday between the showers. And I'm so happy with it.
Orla was great and so helpful and their driver that delivered my shed Carl was excellent such a nice chap and so helpful .
Great new shed ,fast delivery and I am 100% happy.

Purchased the 8x6 Cottage Shed. Exactly as described on the website. I preordered and it was delivered 2/3 days after the estimated date. Easy to follow instructions (defo requires two people to hold while assembling) and looks fantastic! The window definitely heightens the look of a standard metal shed, very sturdy. Would highly recommend this product and company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delighted with shed, put together in less than 2 hours by Sheds Direct, exactly what we wanted, perfect size with sliding doors. Staff were very helpful.

Customer service was 100%, Rachel couldnt have been anymore helpful.

Having read some quite negative reviews from customers about Sheds Direct, I have to admit that I had no trouble whatsoever with this company. The service was good and the price was very competitive. I ordered an 8’ x ‘6 steel cottage shed on 26th May 2021 and it was delivered and assembled on 8th June 2021. The two men who delivered it worked very hard at it from the minute they arrived, and had the job completed in under 2 hours. It was worth paying the extra money for assembly – the shed looks great and I am delighted with it. It will look even better when my garden makeover has been completed.

Delivery driver drove his van onto the front lawn and literally tipped the shed onto the grass. Wouldn't deliver the shed into the back garden even though there is a gate and he wouldn't have enter the house. My wife said she would help him and he said he couldn't do it as she was only a lady and wouldn't be of any use. Drove away and left all three boxes on the front grass. Over a thousand euros worth of a shed and my wife had to leave it out the front until I returned from work as she couldn't move them on her own.

Absolutely disgusting attitude and service from a terrible company.
Was going to recommend them to friends but stay clear of them at all costs.

This a reply to the extremely long reply you left on my wife's review. If you had spent half the time speaking with us on the phone today without hanging up maybe we would not have resorted to leaving a negative review.

1- At no stage did I receive any correspondence from "Sheds Direct" confirming my order. NOTHING!!

2 - IT'S CLEAR HERE THAT YOUR REPLY IS NOT TRUE TO THE FACTS. Only if you had really been part of the phone calls or have recorded the calls you could stand for what you wrote.

3 - It seems with ALL YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT YOU PUT THE BLAME BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

I spoke with someone after 4 weeks asking when the shed would be delivered as I had to book a day off from work. At no time during that conversation I got "irate". I have a call log on my mobile phone and I would be happy to share this with you.

You stated that we did not request you to produce a recording or document on the call this morning and that is INCORRECT. You said that you do not record calls. We asked then if we could speak to a manager to which you hung up the call. We immediately called back and asked to speak to a manager again, we were told that the manager was busy and that that person would call us back but we asked to remain on hold. We remained on hold for 4 minutes and the same person came back to us. Here I am asking again, can you please provide recording of call when we placed the order?

You stated that Caroline was a new member of staff, the first time I spoke to her on Friday 11th of May. I rang on the Friday to find out what had happened as I did not receive any call from the Wood Team and was then told it would be another 2 weeks. I then spoke to Lorraine in Abwood and she said she'd get back to me after lunch with a delivery date, which she did. To correct here another mistake of yours, I didn't ring Abwood the back the next day to apologise for my rant, I did it at the same phone call when I realised I wasn’t dealing with Shed Direct with whom I actually placed the order with.

If we are the party in the wrong please provide the recording of the call when we placed the order showing that we are wrong. As I’ve already stated, I didn’t receive an email confirmation order which is standard when placing orders with any company.

In addition to that, it is also INCORRECT when you stated that Abwood offered a replacement or refund. A refund was the only offer we got from Sheds Direct as a “take it or leave it”. In fact, Abwood, who had a better customer service here, where the ones who offered to send the correct shed but it would take a further 2 weeks to be delivered, and given the urgency we had for a shed and the time it took to receive the wrong one, we could not afford to wait.

I received no email and therefore no terms and conditions from you at any stage. GDPR laws are very simple, your company is not allowed to share my details with a third party without my consent, and this was not discussed in the order placement call nor I have agreed to this while trying to place my order online.

As I said above, the stress would have been avoided if the manager had the decency to answer the phone call or to call us back later in the day, if the person on the phone had a less of an attitude, if the correct shed could be delivered at maximum of 2-3 days. It is not that you are going to cut a tree to make a shed today to deliver tomorrow.

Please arrange a time for us to have a conversation with a senior manager about our order. Putting the blame on other member of staff or the owner is unsatisfactory.

Just had shed installed today and have to say excellent work. The two lads arrived early and never stopped working till it was finished. The shed is exactly what I wanted. From the office staff right down to the workers who installed the shed a big thank you. Great service great company would definitely recommend.

We had ordered a barrel shed at the end of April and only after multiple follow up calls we were given a contact number to a third party company who in fact produce and deliver the shed. After 7 weeks of waiting we finally got a date for delivery. Sheds Direct DO NOT MAKE THESE SHEDS. They are only a third party, which we did not know until we were transfered to another company. Our information was shared without our knowledge.
To our surprise the company in charge of delivery showed up with a pressure treated shed instead of what we have ordered, the barrel pressure treated. We called Sheds Direct to discuss the order and Caroline and Orla were absolutely rude on the phone, the call was dropped a couple of times and we had to call again, they insisted that the order was correct however they were unable to produce document or recording to prove it, and me as a customer paying almost 3K in a shed was left to hanging as the only option they gave was to refund my money after I had waited 7 weeks and we needed a shed urgently. The owner who took the order did not have the decency to answer the call and talk to us. It was a basically take it or leave it approach, where I felt ignored and our order at the end of the day was wrong. The third party company was left to offer some options however they were not the ones who we paid to. Absolutely disgusting customer service, will never deal with Sheds Direct again.

I did buy the inventor heater at the end of 2018 under the name Patrick and I still have the receipt. The day I purchased the heater I was told I could use the Kerosene from N.I. I brought the heater for repairs beginning of this year as it developed an electrical fault and would not switch on. I wasn’t even given a chance to explain myself, by a person who said she was the boss of the place. I was told to leave cos I used the wrong fuel. It’s a 4 year warranty, according to your own advertisement. This experience has led me to form an opinion that, they don’t want to know about the problem with the product you purchase from them.

From start to finish - Sean on the social media team & guys on the phone were exceptional, always there to answer a query, with a speedy response & delivery of shed. I bought flat packed & any question I had was answered very quickly, I Would highly recommend this company to purchase your next shed from.

Ordered on Sunday 16 May & it came on Tuesday 18 May!

Super pleased with this service and the door canopy purchased was easy to install!

I ordered a 6x8 foot steel shed from Shed Direct Irelend, they were excellent during the whole process. The sales assistant Orla was excellent sending instructions on how to lay the foundations. the team came on time and put the shed together within a hour. Shed is high quality and very happy with it
