Very poor communication and service about my order, I had to contact them for updates all the time. Delivery date promised and no show and I had to contact again. Customer service is poor from an online order.

They didn't take the protective plastic film off before putting bike shed together making it nearly impossible now to remove without dismantling

This is mentioned in the "what to expect"... but what a joke. How are you supposed to remove cleanly it after installation?

They claim they leave the plastic on during installation to prevent scratches but you can't remove it cleanly in many of the places where it's installed, you can't reach it or it's also screwed down under ridges. Just seems like a shortcut they take when installing.

Absolutely love this place the staff are so nice & welcoming & very helpful also. I bought my first shed a few years back and recently i bought a second one. The quality is amazing & the lads who assemble them are a pleasure to deal with also. 10/10 ⭐️

Efficiency ..emailed co looking for missing part which I was prepared to pay for if necessary,phone call from Orla who was lovely in 20 mins. Then part arrived less than 48 hours after email. Fast,obliging service.

Well what can I say I visited the showroom was met by 3 lovely lady's Marion assisted in with the purchase of the shed very helpful and very nice lady explained everything and great banter got delivered today at 730am by 2 lovely chaps bitterly cold wet morning so gave them nice hot tea and toast and off they went assembled the shed within 2 hours could recommend the service from start to finish as amazing

The experience was fantastic from the moment I walked through the door. Very informative and helpful. I have issues with my garden and the girl gave me great advise and time to think about it. Apologies I didn't get her name. I've been to different companies who were only interested in a sale. I will be purchasing from this company during the week.

Very happy with my new shed. Installation took a couple of hours. This was done by Sheds Direct personnel. Plenty of storage for a basic garden set of tools. Good set of doors. Waterproof. Looks great.
A few hooks for hanging tools. Needed a follow up visit due to an error I had made myself that was handled by Sheds Direct in a very competent way,

The 10x9 shed was good value and went together well. I was able to install most of the parts myself but needed help holding a lining up the bigger parts. Although I did think the labour required as stated in the instructions - 2men for 3 to 4hrs to install is definitely pushing it. The ladies in the office were always very friendly and helpful especially in helping get a replacement part after I lost a part.

It’s OK overall but we’ve had to repurpose an old boiler house for what we bought the steel shed for, and use the shed only as a fuel store instead - the condensation in the steel shed and unusable gutter outlets actually limit what the steel shed can be used for - definitely not recommended for a workshop

Good price, delivered on time, we chose to erect ourselves in retrospect not the best choice it was difficult to put together, fiddly screws for the small extra charge and extra time it would definiteley have been better to have erected for us. Unfortunately a bad storm hit us very soon after erection which damaged the shed, I phoned for replacement parts and was sent what we needed just for the postage. The customer care was exemplary very rare these days. I would definitely recommend but get them to erect and avoid storms if possible.

I bought a shed over a year ago from Sheds Direct. From the day I got the shed it was difficult to lock. Eventually, when trying to lock it the key broke off in the barrel. I contacted Sheds Direct and they sent me a new barrel. However the one they sent me was too big for the lock. I contacted them again to inform them of this and they told me that it was the only barrel for this type of Apex shed even though I sent them a video showing that it clearly would not fit and was bigger than the barrel that had originally been fitted. They came back and told me that the whole lock would have to be taken apart and that this would be the only way to fit the barrel in the lock however they would not be in a position to fix the issue. When I told them that this wasn't satisfactory as the lock has been faulty since the day we got it there was a distinct unwillingness to accommodate me and help fix the problem. Thoroughly disappointed with the product and the customer service. I'm now left with a shed that does not lock after paying over €1,000 to this company. Would not recommend.

I had bought a shed 18 months ago but lost part in storm. CLARE said she check and see if they had part. Phoned back hour later and charged me nominal amount to include delivery to Kerry. Where is the 10* button!!! Brilliant follow on service

2 weeks for delivery!
But is okay now, good product!

I was looking for a replacement wheel for a garden cart which I bought a few years ago from Sheds Direct. Orla went to a lot of trouble to make sure she had the correct details and dispatched the part to me very quickly. Top service, great people and great products. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend ye enough! I received my shed yesterday and I’m delighted with it, it was put up in a couple of hours with no mess and the boys were great! Any questions that I had to ask while waiting for the shed were always answered immediately. I had a pleasant experience buying off this company and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a shed.

I had some problems assembling a 250l garden cart from Sheds Direct and phoned for help. Superstar Louise went out to the warehouse and took photos and video of an assembled cart so I could see where I was going wrong.

I couldn't be happier with the service. And the cart is even better than I expected.

Needed a new shed so badly but found most companies I rang wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have a side entrance
