Your shipping address is in Puerto Rico. As you can understand, it is not possible for shipping carrier to ship in all locations in Puerto Rico. This is why we could not accept your orders. After your first order, we have informed you that we can not ship to your exact location. For all your other orders, we have canceled your orders and issued you a full refund as soon as possible.

To be honest with you, one of the biggest struggles of an online furniture business is working with the shipping carriers. They have shipped us back to your order, and as soon as they did, we immediately gave you a full refund.
