I bought a bed from Heavenly sleep. The bed is beautiful and service was excellent I picked my mattress which is so comfy. They brought my bed,set it up and took my old bed away.

Worst company ever for communication. Sofa faulty after 2 weeks. Sofa 3 months old still not repaired or replaced. Wouldn’t waste your money with this company.

Ordered Hanson corner sofa and matching footstool on 28th March 2025, from start to now ,no deliver date, very poor customer services , company has not contacted me once since I placed the order to update me of any delays, and when called very uncaring and blaming others for their poor communications, over a month later I have been given 2 different delivery dates and still not recieved my sofas, now told delivery out if their control possibly 1st week in may 2025, so have requested a refund,which could take up to 30 days. (A lot of messing around) just hope I recieve it, wouldn't have minded if delivery dates was long but on ordering stated that sofa was in stock for express delivery and still states in stock on their website

Good quality and prices, brilliant service!

I would 100% recommend this company for high quality bed and furniture. The process was extremely easy and customer service was 10/10 could not fault it at all. Everyone was very professional and helpful especially Faisal in particular, he went out of his way to show me different furniture that would suit my home style the best .

Do not trust this company

Ordered a 3 seater sofa last week of march online that said it was in stock and recieved a phone call the next day saying it was definitely in stock but they couldn't deliver it until the 12th of April (no problem), recieved a call today 9th April saying the sofas not due in stock for 2 more weeks. Absolutely fed up with companies taking money and being dishonest to customers. And still on website today saying In stock. Unbelievable! .

Thanks for your response you obviously didn't read my review properly, you stated the sofa was in stock ready for delivery and not in Some port somewhere, as for the refund its not in my account and also the promised phone call from a Manager was never recieved. I stand by my honest review.

Superb service and product.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. From the lovely lady who called and kept me updated on everything to the two amazing delivery team who took away my old sofas and set up the new corner sofa such lovely men they cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Heavenly Sleep
