I joined because I wanted to understand…

I joined because I wanted to understand my glucose trends better. Instead, I learned how frustrating poor service can be. The sensor stopped working instantly, and I had to go through my bank to get a refund. The lack of response is shocking for such an expensive subscription.

I purchased my STold Supplies Could Be Used "Whenever Ready" - $549.60 Now Worthlessignos kit in January…

I purchased my Signos kit in January 2024 for $549.60 but hadn't activated it yet. In April 2024, I contacted support and was explicitly told by Zach: "That is okay! You will continue to have access to the Signos app so you can use the supplies you have whenever you are ready."

I relied on this guidance. I was not told about expiration dates or warned that the supplies had time limitations.

Fast forward to November 2025 when I tried to activate: my transmitter and sensors are expired, AND Signos discontinued G6 support in August 2024. The app no longer works with G6 devices at all. My entire $549.60 purchase is now worthless.

The worst part? Signos claims they offered a G6-to-G7 transition program in late 2024, but I was NEVER contacted about it, despite them knowing since April 2024 that I had unused supplies. They let the transition window close without a single notification to me.

When I asked for help, they refused everything, stating that the supplies were expired and outside warranty. But THEY created this situation by:

1. Telling me I could use supplies whenever without mentioning expiration
2. Never informing me about the G6 discontinuation
3. Never offering me the transition program they claim existed

According to other reviews here and on Google Play, poor customer service and "unreliable" support is a pattern. One Google reviewer said support "takes literally days to a week or more to respond" and called them "untrustworthy and unreliable" with unexpected renewals.

I have the full email chain proving what I was told. This is unacceptable business practice. Out $549.60 with nothing to show for it.

Ordered Signos for my spouse’s glucose…

Ordered Signos for my spouse’s glucose tracking and the sensors failed after just a few days. During that time, support messages went unanswered and the chat repeated the same script. Because the product didn’t work properly, we had to postpone important medical follow-ups. Honestly, the stress and wasted time make this an unacceptable experience.

I’ve gone through three sensors so far

I’ve gone through three sensors so far, and two stopped working within days despite following all setup steps carefully. My arm became red and sore for days. When I tried to contact Signos support, there was no direct number or human response just ticket forms that never get updated. For a wellness product, this level of customer service feels unacceptable.

Too many problems and the worst customer service.

3 sensors in and I've had an infection on one arm and incredible pain and possibly another infection on the other. This is after following insertion instructions exactly as written. Signos customer service is non-existent. You are asked to go through bots to submit tickets but then you do not hear back from a human. I don't understand how this is acceptable.

Good App, Good CGM, Good Customer Service

Good customer service and easy to use app! I have only been using Signos for a little while now, but it has been such a positive experience that I thought I'd write a review.

I had a problem with my first CGM and support was able to send out a replacement!

They use the Dexcom G7, which I believe is the "best" of the CGM's right now - comparable closely to the FreeStyle Libre 3.

I can sync all of my smart accessories, like my Withings scale, to the app so that I don't have to manually enter my weight into the app. The app also syncs all of its glucose data to Apple Health.

I was not asked to provide a review, I have just had a positive experience so far! This is the cheapest CGM service I could find (over an extended period of time) for a non-diabetic so I wanted to share my experience.

SCAM SITE - AVOID

I ordered and paid my subscription up front (what an idiot). I havent received my CGM despite multiple calls and emails to their sucky "support" service .. zero response from anyone. I now have to report the fraud to my credit card company and try and get some of my money back from these scam artists .. A V O I D
