Silverstone karting was amazing

Silverstone karting was amazing. Definitely worth the wait. Both adult and child courses were so much fun. The beginner races had a mix of abilities. There were several experienced karters and one or two who were on there for the first time. This caused a couple of accidents.
I had travelled with my elderly parents and unfortunately there was nowhere for them to sit. The viewing gallery upstairs was standing room only.
The Box Box Pizza restaurant had good food. However, the service was pretty much non existent. You order using a QR code and they bring the food.
I had pre paid for the video for the beginner karting and it hadn’t worked. The counter staff were unable to support and I was told to contact customer services. So, I had left feeling very disappointed. However, after contacting customer services the recovery and contact was exceptional.
I’m assuming the issues we had with the Box Box Pizza, the seating and the video were possibly teething problems, as we went in the first few days of it being opened.

Great Service

There is a problem with the bus service on GP weekend from Winslow train station which hasn’t opened. Lucy notified us of this and resolved the problem calmly, efficiently and with courtesy.

Patient ,attentive and very supportive that how I would describe my experience with Sue from  accessibility silverstone . Efficient and professional/kind response

I have sent an email with my request and surprisingly received a replay next day. Person who contacted me- Lucy was polite, kind and very informative in her response. I was extremely surprised in positive manner, as well information given to me and encouragement to try apply for work experience via silverstone channels was accessible the same day. One word for my experience - EXTRAORDINARY

If I could give Silverstone more than 5 stars, I would.

A huge thank you to Phoebe, who supported me from start to finish. I knew I wanted to experience the British GP for a special occasion with my family, but I had no idea what to book, where to stay, or how to balance everyone’s different needs.

Phoebe was incredibly patient and friendly. It took me 3 months to make the decision! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, clearly explained the hospitality options, camping choices, and new offerings, and helped me shape the right experience for us. She liaised closely with the camping team who were super responsive too.

What I appreciated most was that I never felt under pressure to make a decision. I felt reassured throughout that I was making the right choice, and there was no sense of being aggressively “upsold” like you sometimes get elsewhere.

The booking process was seamless, and the communication since has been excellent and made it so easy to share everything with my family and get everyone excited.
We can’t wait! Thank you!
