I am very happy with the product. The only thing I would suggest is completely unambiguous instructions for first time activations. A few times the terminology was not a clear match so it became “What is the closest option?” — and from that an anxious thought or two. The follow up emails were encouraging and helpful.

Struggled to make it work but they were good in replying and refunded my payment and I was grateful for that

I haven’t even used the eSIM yet but installed it and then smashed my phone by accident. I contacted help centre chat and had a new eSIM ready to go for my new phone in less then 5 mins. Great service.

It just works really well, that’s what a customer wants. Easy to install and good backup if needed.

Thoroughly impressed by Simify! Wanted to use an Aussie owned eSim for my trip to Japan and they did not disappoint. I use a Samsung Z fold 6 and my data connection was at full 5G strength for most of my travels, only dipping in some regional areas. It was really cool being able to use my phone freely like I was at home. Their setup instructions are super clear and I did not struggle at all following them. Simify is definitely a brand to trust, and I'll keep their app so I can buy another an eSim for my next holiday.

It was very easy-just make sure you have wifi to install and start the eSIM. If you’ve never used an eSIM they provide great instructions on how to start it in your settings manually or it will install automatically.
Simify’s customer service was also fantastic. I bought 2x esims for my husband and I for our travel, without knowing his phone didn’t have capacity to use an eSIM. They responded to my email straight away and I was reimbursed for one sim, for my own mistake.
