Dan made the whole process easy. To the point the will was so clear and concise that I got probate in a day. Thanks to his water tight work I have been fully protected against other family members leaving me homeless. My father’s wishes were clear and backed up by Dan’s good work.

The experience was good I believe that the agent was very thorough with his questions, explained any concerns I had & navigated me through the best options. The cost element was another aspect due to the service that suited me best cost more than I expected. It would be better to give an idea of cost earlier in the review.

Charlotte was not only a total professional, but she was compassionate and understand. Beautiful person. Don’t think I would have trusted anyone else, and would have thought it a scam. Didn’t even know why simpler law were contacting me, but pleased Charlotte came to see me.

I had a telephone appointment to organise a will and lasting power of attourney. I didn't want to burden my family when I pass if I had nothing set up. The Consultant I spoke to, who was called Will, took all the time I needed for explainations and also made suggestions that would never have occured to me. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge and honesty. The process was made easy for someone who wouldn't have known where to start.

Rhiannon couldn't have been more helpful or professional in this process. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely thoroughly. She was also very friendly and approachable, which made the process even easier for me. She was very easy to talk to about my personal circumstances which, quite frankly, are somewhat unusual! Plus, I didn't feel at all judged on anything I said. To be honest, afterwards, I wondered why I had put off making my will for such a long time.
I would definitely recommend this service as it has to be much safer (and easier!) than buying one of those High Street or Online "Will Packs" and trying to write the whole thing yourself from scratch.
