I only paid for a free sample and next month a payment of almost 12GBP was deducted - it stated 'Authorised via Saved details' so they seemed to open a subscription using my stored card details.

Regardless, they only deliver tiny boxes of condiments and basic food recipes. But those condiments are probably found in your kitchen already and the recipes instructions are summarized, so you have to search the internet anyway to cook those foods.

I was given a free trial box from Airtime. I did not sign up for subscription. I could not get into my account as my password was not recognised (tried 3 times to change it). Finally gave up and sent an email. They replied, blamed it on my email provider! Lewis said they had cancelled my subscription (the one I never signed up for). One month later they took £11.98 from my credit card account. I’m awaiting a refund. Quick to take your money but not so quick to give it back. What sort of company does not have a customer services phone number 🤷‍♀️ DO NOT TAKE ANY FREE OFFERS, THEY ARE NEVER FREE

Great communication and resolved problem of receipe card not matching the box. Box used for two different receipes and in the ned they sent me card for the one I preferred. Excellent service

I am not satisfied that I was prompted by sky to receive a trial box & upon ordering a trial box, I did not receive any notification that I would be automatically charged for another box a month later!
Not only that but I never even created an account with simplycook!
Upon checking out I did not even sign up to ANY subscription at the end of applying for the trial box, but yet this company has tricked me into receiving a trial box by automatically charging my card a month later for another box even though I was not made aware that even a free trial box means you are automatically charged for another month of subscription EVEN at the end of the trial box checkout!
NEVER SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL PURCHASE TO ANY WEBSITE AS THEY CAN TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING UP FOR ANOTHER MONTH AS ADVISED BY MY BANK!
Even know this happened they would not refund the full £11.95 of which they charge me and they only refunded me £6 and refused to refund me the rest so I now have to go through my bank regarding fraudulent activity from this company!

No reminder emails or SMS. Stuff that I can't use just turned up, I had to throw it away.

Hi, just some feedback on the packaging. The paste and herb tubs are an absolute nightmare to open. The lids seem practically superglued on, and it turns a simple job into a frustrating task. There’s really no need for them to be sealed that tightly. The product is great, but the packaging could definitely be improved to make it more user-friendly.

Really amazing customer service and the recipes are delicious! I've been ordering the boxes for nearly 10 years and they have turned my fussy eater husband into a foodie!

Great products and good range of choices. Dealt very quickly with a query I had when some wrong recipes were sent and just replaced them with the correct ones straight away.

I needed help with an issue and David from Simply Cook came straight back to me with a solution. Thank you! I love using my spice packs as they help me to vary recipes and taste great. Great to take away on self catering trips too as they take up so little space!

It is extremely simple to contact the company and receive an immediate reply from a human. I wish other companies were as easy to contact. Very helpful and professional as always.

Great product. I would much prefer to use these recipes than get takeaways. I usually don’t need to add many ingredients- a couple of store cupboard ingredients plus a couple of fresh. The sauces help you save money on buying lots of spices that you often don’t finish.
In addition, customer service is excellent. Quick to respond and helpful.

i did not order any repeat subscription, they keep on charging my card every month and no where to contact them, even email they don't reply, this seems to be a scammers

A brilliant idea, I use them all the time. So Simple to follow the recipes. And they are so tasty, also such a wide variety to choose from. I couldn't actually pick one as a favourite, as they are all super tasty 😋

Unfortunately it's been difficult to cancel this product. I'm on my third order that I didn't want and no closer to receiving any acknowledgement from simply cook.

A very well sorted company. The recipes are great to try, full of new ideas and tastes. The flavour pots contain herbs and spices we would never source ourselves. We prefer the set up where you buy your own meat,fish and vegetables. Good flexibility with regularity of supply of recipe kits. Great communication with customers. Suits us brilliantly.

Signed up for a trial. Very efficient and the spices delivered were good quality and the recipe cards clear. Unfortunately I found all the recipes I tried really,really salty. I won't be continuing.

I had Mandy who was great in her custom service they were very helpful to me to get my new box order to my correct address.
