This is my second time working with Simply Lending but this time with Charlotte and Jackie. As with last time I have been so impressed with their customer service, efficiency and helpfulness. I would recommend simply lending as a broker for anyone considering a mortgage as they really do go above and beyond and I am so glad I discovered them!

We could not be more pleased with the excellent service provided by Simply, specifically our broker Luke and our case manager Zoe.

Ours was not a simple situation due to ill health retirement at 43, from the outset, however, Luke assured us he could sort this. Our AIP was issued very speedily and reaction to our documents etc was outstanding, we really felt they were on our side. This is particularly true when our first property fell through and Zoe offered us great support.

When we finally found another property we loved, Zoe again led us through this process with openness and honesty which helped us as nervous first time buyers.

Our application in full was placed on the 23rd July and we had our mortgage offer just 2 weeks later! We thought this service was outstanding and we could not have asked for a better team to look after us and would recommend them to anybody.

Hi I would highly recommend Simply Lending. I went through a very stressful time with my then mortgage broker at the last minute telling me due to some unforeseen changes in my circumstances I would no longer get a mortgage for a property I had committed too. I spoke initially with Adrian who put my mind at rest. Within 4 hours he had arranged a mortgage in principle. My wife and I were looked after by Lewis & Karen at Simply Lending, to give you the context of our situation we wished to purchase our dream home and we had been advised this was not possible and our dream was exactly that a dream. After being declined by all high street mortgage lenders and 1 other broker, we contacted Simply Lending. We were contacted straight away. They went through our situation with us (1 satisfied default was impacting our credit). They were non-judgemental and understanding and were the first lender/broker to want to know the situation around the default. They were transparent but reassuring. Within a few hours they had managed to get us an agreement in principle at high street lender prices. After this we had regular and clear instructions to help us build our application and once submitted, we had regular updates. Within a week we had our full mortgage offer and are now excitedly packing for our new home.
