Exactly what I was looking for, at a good price and delivered in less than 24 hours.

Website is good. Purchase easy. Dispatch quick. Delivery is tortuous. If I'd known they rely on DX to deliver I would have purchased elsewhere. DX have been consistently terrible for 10 years. On every occasion I've had the misfortune of receiving goods through them. My premium overnight delivery sat in their local depot 4 full days 2 working days before after more than an hour spent with customer service I managed to extract it.

Since the above review customer services got in touch with me to reimburse the delivery cost. They now say they will revise their delivery estimate based on my review. That's welcome. I've adjusted my rating to accommodate this.

I have not fully tried out the new underlay yet but first impressions of Plushwalk 12mm its excellent.

The best price I could find for Plushwalk underlay and the only place that sold it in just the right size for the bedroom it was fitted in. Incredibly fast delivery service and arrived in good condition.

No number to call. Emailed several times immediately to adjust the order to induce it on next day delivery. Added the second order without being able to contact anyone in the company.
Items arrived on the same delivery van but they won’t refund the second delivery charge, even though the order obviously came through in time for the first delivery, so only needed to charge me once.
Only write this as I’m now being bombarded with messages to give them a review.

Bought some underlay from SimplyUnderlay after doing some research and I’m very pleased with the experience. The prices were competitive, the ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was quick. Excellent service from start to finish and the product was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was surprised just how quick the underlay arrived.

Placed the order, got an email from EVRI that order is in the locker and when we opened the locker it was empty!! I have been chasing EVRI the last two days and also provided them with video evidence but no solution yet. I have also submitted a query online through your website requesting a refund / resolution but no response! Very disappointed with the service.

The Simply Underlay brushed pale brass door strips look perfect with our pure wool Berber carpet and they are a huge improvement on the standard option provided by our carpet supplier. Our excellent carpet fitter was impressed!

Ordered goods on 9th April , did get it till the 14th April and I had to collect it myself. Not happy or satisfied with the service
