Website was easy to use, finding what we needed and ordering was a simple process. Communication was excellent and delivery was very quick. The product was too notch and at a good price.

Disappointed that delivery was not Royal Mail but Evri
So disappointed that the delivery service was not Royal Mail 48 tracked, as per order placed before 2pm. They actually used Evri - which is a nightmare for us.
Once I contacted the company = Simply Underlay, about the delivery they offered to cancel the order. Which is no resolution as customers need their goods.
The product received was in order.

Speed of service
I have always used Cloud nine underlay.
I used Simply Underlay to order two rolls of Cloud Nine Cumulus underlay and the next day the rolls arrived. What an excellent service. I would use this firm again and I highly recommend them.

Resposta da Simply Underlay
Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review.
Your order was placed at 1pm on August 7th, after the 12pm cutoff time for same-day dispatch. This meant it was dispatched on the 8th, on the 2-working-day delivery service you paid for. The order was then delivered on the 2nd working day (12th August), as per the dispatch and delivery guidelines we set out on the website and checkout page.
However, we appreciate your feedback and will look to see if we can implement any more information to make it clearer for customers moving forward.

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you're pleased with the product.
Your order was placed on Friday the 8th August at 8am and we dispatched it the same day on the 1-2 working day service you paid for. It was then delivered at 9:39am on Monday 11th August, the next working day.
I hope that clears up any confusion regarding delivery timescales and we look forward to serving you again in the future.
Excellent service from Simply Underlay
Excellent service from Simply Underlay. Although they do not have a telephone service, my email requesting some advice was answered very quickly and in detail by a very helpful chap called Mike. I found their prices were amongst the best on the Web. Can recommend Simply Underlay without hesitation and will be ordering from them again.

This is great to read, thank you for your review.
Great price compared to shop retail…
Great price compared to shop retail prices . Delivery very reasonably priced against others. On time delivery day wise, my only issue was with a 8.00 -18.00 time slot which meant we couldn't go out during that time. 4 hour slots would be better as other delivery companies offer. Not laid the underlay at the time of writing but checked it on the roll and it seems ideal.

Thank you for your review. We want to make underlay accessible to all, without the high street markups.
We understand the frustration with delivery, but the courier we use does not allow time frame bookings currently.
We hope to deal with you again in the future and are grateful for your business.
