Steve not only called me to introduce himself from the onset, and explained the process, he also had the courtesy of doing a follow-up call post collection to check everything was ok. We bought our Mercedes C200 from S James, and it was exactly as described — fantastic value for its pristine condition. Khloe was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We took quite a while to decide, but she was so patient, stuck with us, and answered every question we had without hesitation.

The whole team is amazing — very down-to-earth and genuinely lovely people. They made the entire experience positive and as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn’t be happier!

Excellent service. SJames Prestige operates a Click and Collect service, which is a completely new concept to me. That being said, it was seamless and both Michael and Mat were both exceptional in their customer service and communication. Highly recommended.

Michael and Khloe were professional in dealing with selling aused car to us. They sale car using a different model when compared with a traditional used car dealer but don't let this put you off. The car we purchased was in an excellent condition and as described on their website for sale.

From the very beginning to collecting the car it has been a dream!
Myself & my partner drove nearly 3 hours to SJames to realise it isn't a show room and you can't just look at the vehicles.. and does require an appointment.... however Natalie welcomed us with open arms!
We knew exactly what vehicle we
wanted and Natalie made sure we found our prefect family car a mercedes GLC!
The communication throughout the week before collecting our car was outstanding, nothing was ever too much.
We would highly recommend this family ran business to anyone looking for a smooth and easy buy!

Saw 2021 Mercedes C220D online and reached out late on Saturday evening and got a swift friendly reply acknowledging my email followed by a professional and down to earth follow up call. All the details of the car along with modification options discussed all without any pushy sales styles. Upon collection I was greeted by a welcoming after sales colleague who gave me all the time I wanted to check and test drive the car prior to signing all the paperwork and handing the car over to me. Over the years I've have bought many use cars and motorbikes but dealing with S James has got to be one of the easiest sales company I have bought from. No hassle, no pushy sales styles, treated like a individual and not a sales number.
