Design proofs had multiple things on…
Design proofs had multiple things on them that I didn't ask and I ended up missing some items. Therefore, they went into production and it was too late. Jersey ID kits are far too large for any normal jersey size. Prices are expensive and zero discounts were available. Not sure about quality of product yet.

I was happy with the amount of options…
I was happy with the amount of options that were available for graphics kits. One criticism I have is the visual examples are on the latest version of plastics. My bike a 2012 KTM 200 XC-W when selecting that option, there are no visual representations of what the graphics would look like on my exact bike. I'm happy with the kit, but it does not look exactly how I was expecting per the visual representation. There was a good proof sent though that showed exactly what they would look like on my bike, but you have to purchase the kit first to be able to see what it would look like on your exact bike. Additionally, the cutout's weren't 100% perfect as this was kind of expected, so that isn't a huge issue. I just wish I could have had more visual representation before hand for my specific bile. However, customer communication was excellent, shipping was VERY fast, and the quality of the kit seems to be top notch.

Yes, unfortunately website renders take many days to arrange and are actually quite costly so they are not listed for every single year, make, and model.
Once each order is received, it is allocated to one of our designers who will implement all changes requested before a flat proof of your specific models template is sent through via email to check over and confirm before being sent to print.
To ensure our designers are working as efficiently as possible whilst also having their time covered, we require payment upfront before any design work can be commenced. This ensures we are able to maintain our 1-2 week ETA for the excess of orders we receive worldwide.
Great customer service
I wasnt happy with the order first time around they corrected the graphics and are sending me a new sent. Great customer service. I also had a graphic kit i purchased prior they came out great and were very durable!

I loved the service didn't like the design once I got it and was able to mock it up on my bike. I knew it would be a risk because I couldn't see the designs since it's not one of models on your website. Honda 300L Rally

Unfortunately as renders take many days to arrange and are quite costly so they are not created for every single year make and model.
This is why we offer flat proofs for every order. These are arranged onto the specific template/shape to suit your model so you can see its shape and design position etc. From there, you can either request further alterations, confirm and send to print, or in extreme cases, request for an alternate design.
Amazing Service!
The customer service was fantastic! I ordered a kit for my bike and wanted a matching kit made for my sons bike but they did not offer it for his bike. I emailed them and they were extremely eager to take care of it for me and made an amazing kit to match mine! I will continue to buy from them as long as their service stays the same! superb job!

Customized my design from a standard selection
Customized my design, we made a couple of revisions. The process was smooth and both the design turnaround and the final graphics being shipped were very fast. The quality of the product is fantastic, I have received a lot of compliments on it.
