My order was ready to go in such a timely manner - completely unexpected for a bespoke item! Asking for approval before beginning the stitching itself was a really nice touch, and the design has come through true to what they showed. The hoody itself is also really good quality, I definitely recommend one if you're looking for a personalised gift!

Amazing customer service and quick response to emails. The ordering process was very simple and the team quickly followed up with an email to confirm the design. I loved the way they actually showed me what they made before going ahead and emroidering it and they also changed it according to what I liked better. My husband really loved it and the material is perfect for all kinds of cooler weather.

I made a mistake with my order (that originally I didn't think was my fault - it definitely was) the customer service team were lovely about it.
It was easy to order (although don't try and spell tricky words whilst drinking wine!) and the choice of optionswas good

The payment page needa work as it took me to express payment through gpay but didn't confirm the address.
Thankfully the staff were quick to address the concern and change it prior to shipping.
I loved the product too. They send you the draft drawing prior to confirming and it came out very good.
I wouldve liked the image to be slightly bigger but everything was amazing!

Having received a personalized hoody for my birthday and basically living in it- I decided to have one made for a family member who was marking a very special event in her life- being as last minute as I am I did not leave much time between ordering and the date I needed the item. The customer service I received was brilliant and I was able to get my hoody in time and the quality was brilliant! Highly recommend ☺️

It was so easy to order the personalised sweatshirt I loved the super personal touch to add a hand written message. Ordered a XL but actually came up a big big. Lovely detail in the stitched note
