I purchased an SKG Smartwatch, the advertisement made it look easy to operate and it was. I had a few questions about some of the functions, but was hesitant to send in inquires. I have bought many things on line and most with little after sales support. I sent in an inquiry and with in 2 days, I got a response. It was concise and easy to understand. I am very happy with this purchase and strongly recommend SKG to others.

What I ordered was not what I was expecting. I reached out to get a return address. They took close to 2 weeks to respond. I was able to return 2 neck massagers but they have only refunded me for 1. I have been reaching out to them over and over(for well over a month) with no response. BEWARE!!!

I received the product and so far it's great. Battery lasts long and my neck is finally relaxed 👍

The purchase and delivery was easy. I like the product Pro V7 overall. My only complaint is my watch disconnects all the time from my phone even if my phone is near.

I received my product in a timely manner, the device itself is pretty quality, but I was a little disappointed with the packaging method.
Luckily the company is excellent in customer service and helped to resolve all my issues!

The service was great and smooth, I had to take some pictures at night 😂 but that was fine. Thank you for this helpful support and I look forward to try many more devices.

I older three bundle-sale , and they all come to different package and time; and one is different brand name of massage gun not from SKG 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ , and I still didn’t got my massage gun yet , it’s been almost 2 weeks ; I like the massage item ; but Don’t like the delivery customer service is horrible .

Return was very difficult, had to keep messaging in the online chats and email the support a few times in order to get a response. And at first the customer service didn’t want to process the refund, instead they wanted to issue a $50 dollar gift card (the product I bought was $79). After quite a few negotiations back and forth they finally agreed for full refund. It should not have been this difficult, especially since the webpage says there is a monet back guarantee.

This is absolute bliss, i cannot wait my parents to try it too!

Great product and the delivery process was easy and hassle free.

I got this watch for myself and I liked it so much that I bought one for my boyfriend's birthday. It is not a smart watch in the sense that you can answer phone calls on it but it does tell you who's calling so that you know if you want to pull out your phone and answer the call. It is fairly easy to download and understand the app so even seniors can use it easily. The only thing that is problematic is you constantly have to reconnect it to the app on the phone to get accurate phone readings on steps etc.

Does not help/work as advertised. Waste of money

The product works well.
It definitely relaxes my neck muscles and helps my sinuses to actually drain that can cause me to have a headache.
It has several levels and functions which I’ve had to figure out.
It would be a better experience if there were actual real directions to follow.
The little pamphlet is hard to read as the font is minuscule and the directions are vague.
Other than that negative I’m enjoying the neck massager.
