לאחר שנתקעתי בחול בשל המצב הבטחוני מצאתי את עצמי נורא לחוץ ומתוסכל אך בצוות סקייג'יני לא נתנו לי להרגיש מופקר, הצוות המדהים סייע לי בכל בקשה והיה לצידי לאורך כל הדרך.

I recently booked a ticket with Skygini for Arkia and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. The checkout was very straightforward, with no unnecessary steps or complications. Unlike many other platforms, there were no hidden fees added at the end, which made the experience much more trustworthy. Payment went through without issues, and everything felt direct and simple.

Overall, a really positive experience – fast, transparent, and hassle-free.

Booked a charter flight to Paphos via SkyGini. Paid $600 for 4 bags ($75 each). Later found out the airline charges €42 per bag – almost half the price.

Flight time shown was 17:45, but the actual time is 20:30 – no notice, just wrong info.

Customer service said: “Nothing can be done.”

SkyGini claims “no small print, no surprises.” Reality: big surprises and a lot of extra money wasted.

Bottom line: Overpriced, misleading, and poor service. Avoid.

My flight was cancelled by the airline and my money was literally stolen by skygini! They refused to give me a refund or coupon to buy another ticket!

אני נמצאת במצב לא פשוט מול סקייג'יני. רכשתי כרטיס עם אפשרות לקבל קופון על סך 317 דולר במקרה של ביטול, והטיסה בוטלה. קיבלתי אישור על הסכום הזה, אבל עד עכשיו לא קיבלתי את הקופון, ומציעים לי רק 270 דולר, שזה לא מה שהובטח לי.

אני מנסה כבר כמה ימים לפתור את זה, ועדיין לא קיבלתי מענה. אני גם צריכה לטוס בקרוב מאוד.

אני משתפת את זה בתקווה שתקשיבו ותעזרו לי לקבל פתרון הוגן. אני באמת רוצה לסיים את החוויה הזו בצורה חיובית.

Never again!!! We missed the tickets because of them. No service, no response, no answer-nothing!!!!!
Stay away from this company.
