Terrible service!
Terrible service!! Purchased appliance insurance for peace of mind in the event of a breakdown. Now I've been 3 weeks without a washer. No repair & no solution. Customer service is terrible. Constantly told its under review & will be in contact asap. Do not waste your money on these insurers!!

Excellent service
I had to use my home emergency cover for a pest infestation we had. Although Smartcover were non committal on the turn around time for a visit from the pest control services, they came the very next day. David Williams and colleagues have been truly helpful by calling me and ensuring the visits were conducted and follow ups were made. Thank you for your help.

Easy process
My boiler service was booked for me by Jim Matthew and he told me what to expect and the timescale. There was a slight hiccup when the boiler engineer mussed the first appointment but Jom Matthew sorted it out to my satisfaction.
