Do not ever purchase anything from this unprofessional company it will drive you insane dealing with them. They delivered a sofa to my home, knocked plaster off the ceiling, broke my outside light and lifted a whole stair shelf off the wall ripping the sofa in the process. When I refused delivery payment of £29 RoadRunners Couriers banged out of my house terrifying my daughter and leaving the ripped sofa in my front room! They are now saying they are not responsible for the damage to my property as that is down to the delivery men and they dont want to give me a full refund. Ebay has stepped in and are helping me deal with it but I am getting ridiculous messages from SofaScene and delivery people each blaming the other. I am now waiting for collection of this ripped sofa, a refund and some kind of acknowledgement and payment for the damages. Never dealt with a company thats speaks such utter rubbish in all my life. Not one person apologised for the property damage, in fact they argued with me and even at one point accused me of making it up! Stay away if you value your sanity and you dont want to be out of pocket for simply ordering a two seater chair...its not worth it.

This company is excellent about sofa and his service is also excellent and they response very quickly. Sofa quality is great and comfortable sofa and I really really recommend to everyone .

I would recommend paying a visit to these guys before going anywhere else. Seriously these guys sell everything half the price of others and their production team is never missing a trick. I have placed an order for my business and these guys have made my custom size order to perfection. I been lookin for someone with this kind of service for a long time before i paid these guys a visit.would definatly recommend for service and quality both

Customer service is non existent!
One of our cushions arrived wet and stunk of dirty water and they said they would send up a new one, 4 emails later and 6 weeks have past and nothing.
The sofa is fine but if you have any issues you’ll get nothing from them!

TIME WASTERS/ SCAMMERS!!!! DONT ORDER …. Do not order! I was so supposed to receive my sofa today 20th Jan , waited two weeks for it to arrive. Initially when I made the order they messaged me straight away saying my order will take 1-2 weeks and no point did they disclose that they don’t do deliveries on Mondays. My order was made 6th Jan I made a follow up on 13th and only today after questioning then again they decide to reply … I then had a back and forth with them via text as they are trying to drag it out and avoid giving me my refund. I purchased the sofa via their Amazon store which means my money is protected by buyers protection ( thanks God) however as they are a private company I have to allow max 48 hours for a response before I get my refund.

I wish I just stuck to b&Q because the same sofa was literally on sale but has now gone back to full price also two weeks has literally been wasted and they pretty much tried to con me out of £419. They’ve shown a lack of compassion and remorse not once tried to apologise or rectify the situation and have now caught and attitude because I want my money back and went through Amazon to get it sorted.

The price was good, but the saying "you get what you pay for" rings very true with this left hand corner sofa. Its rock hard and i mean when you aren't prepared for the hardness and sit on it for the first time it's a shock so be prepared. Also the smell is vile. It actually smells like it's been left out in the rain then dried out, the smell is so bad you can even smell it upstairs. The delivery drivers were polite enough but they just placed it in the livingroom took the money then took off without even asking if everything was OK or offer to help set it up. The minute you open the plastic the smell hits you at full force. £345 with delivery.

Absolutely amazing sofa and amazing service from Adam and the delivery guys. I’ve order the Rio Corner Sofa Kensington fabric + footstool it is way bigger than the picture and absolutely amazing quality. Shame that I can’t post a picture here 😊

Sofa delivered few days after ordering and it’s lovely thank you

We bought a corner sofa and swivel chair via ebay. One of the cushions split in a short space of time and have been trying to get it repaired or replaced. Sent images via whatsapp and ebay where we bought it from instead of direct. Since then sent two separate letters to the office informing of consumer rights and all the relevant legislation, tried calling no answer on landline number and registered mobile number is not recognised now. Having to start legal proceedings purely to enforce consumer rights and get a refund that frankly could have been avoided if they'd helped as they are legally obligated to do in the first place. Genuinely wished we'd not bother and stuck with the knackered sofas we had before these ones. Only given one star because I needed to really it's a zero star review. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

So an update as of 24/10/11. That have had the faulty sofa returned about three weeks ago and no refund or communication. The folks giving them 5 stars are either incredibly lucky or paid to leave good reviews. This company is clearly only after your money and will drag there feet and make as many excuses as possible to delay refund. The fact it looks like this will have to go to court after trying to get it sorted for 5 months is insane and they clearly seem to think they are imune from the consumer rights act. Avoid at all costs or burn the money you would have spent here it would be about the same process.
