Sellers communication was fantastic all the way through. Delivery was prompt.
Sofas arrived perfectly after travelling half the country. READ THE DESCRIPTION IN REGARDS TO DELIVERY (They use another company to deliver and you pay the fees direct to them nothing to do with seller)!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy new. Wasn't due till the 7th August but arrived on the Ist. I could track and see where they were.

Recently purchased a corner sofa from sofa scene was an absolute beauty - The guy who took my order was very polite and helpful and was willing to work with me and my times to meet

The driver was very helpful and was willing to do more than he was paid for so very much grateful to him.

Ordered 2 x 3 blue seater sofas. They arrived quickly, were even nicer in reality than the photos. Love them. Delivery was really early which was great so we could get on with the rest of our day. Really comfy and great discount as I bought 2. Delivery guys really efficient and pleasant, esp for such an early start. Would recommend.

Had a sofa set and the a month in the sofa was damaged I noticed the arm was loose. I contacted them and they came and replaced it no problems since. Have to say they are cheap and cheerful so hence dont expect a 5k sofa set for a few quid but they are decent for the money . Some one on a budget it suits just fine . Look after them and they are great deal from here .

The sofa is poor quality,
Upon unpacking 2 legs were poorly attached - they lasted a few weeks until they came off and will not reattach.
Since it arrived it has been creaky - almost to the point I'm sure it's broken.
The arms and back are unpadded and have caused several injuries to myself and my children.
The upholstery seams have come away in several places
The cushion covers have become misshapen and cannot be turned due to the underside being black fabric

Purchased a lovely 3 seater suite from this company.Fantastic customer service from the get go. Had a lovely lady ring me and advise exactly when the sofas would be arriving. I expected delivery to take 2/3 weeks but was delighted when they said they can deliver the same week. I love my sofas, i get so many compliments. Fabulous quality and exceptional value! Would highly recommend :)

What an amazing delivery service had a corner sofa delivered earlier today these guys kept me well informed and on the day A****** for all the help can't thank them enuff.

Absolutely terrible quality sofa.
Sank after only a couple of week, also ripped in corner.
Lied to on numerous occasions about replacement then totally ignored.
Had to go through PayPal for refund but had to pay for return delivery which wasn't cheap.

Excellent customer service and generally brilliant delivered fast and helped bring the sofas in.

The sofas were manufactured to a very high standard and they were delivered in an impressively short time. Professionalism was maintained well by the workforce and customer service was excellent. Overall big well done to the boys, will definitely be putting in another order and I recommend everyone else also purchases their furniture from them as they are the best out there.

Great quality sofas and everything was handled with care. I ordered 2 3 seater sofas and it came at a great price with great service. Would definitely recommend for others. Will probably order another sofa in the future.

Ordered this through a 3rd party (wowcher) was informed I’d be contacted within 3 working days to arrange delivery, I wasn’t. Then got a text asking what sofa did I order, and they’ll arrange delivery soon, I then got a text on 24/11 they’d deliver on 26/11 ( a day I couldn’t do - too short notice) I advised of this and was informed they’d deliver in 5-7 working days again. I asked them to confirm which day this was so I can ensure I’m home, no response. 6 working days later I’ve chased up with them and sofa scene and sofa scene says I’ve refused delivery dates twice, I haven’t! I’ve sent sofa scene the proof and requested a phone call to book in delivery for next week (before the 20 working day deadline) and I’ve been ignored again. Both SofaScene and the delivery team (be it theirs or another courier) seem to keen on not wanting to deliver this item which is a present for someone else…. Really unhappy, especially as I’m paying £27.99 for delivery which seems like it’s not gonna arrive this side of Xmas :-/ they’ve got til Friday 9th December to deliver the item in excellent condition, (only available on the 5th & 8th) otherwise I will be contacting the financial ombudsman, citizens advice, trading standards, opening a dispute with my credit card company and logging a formal complaint with wowcher as it Seems like this company is more than happy to take your money & not deliver the goods.
